I lost 3 kg..
I lost 3 kg even before entering ketosis. It took me almost 2 weeks for ketosis to trigger because I cheated once, but after it triggered, I was losing 1 kg every few days. Hard to believe, i know.

The diet seems promising
I tried the diet for a month or so and I felt good. I remember having a crash initially, when I had to give up sugar, but shortly after that I had more energy somehow. I stopped around week 4 or 5 because I had to travel, but I’ll try it again soon.

Really helped a lot
I bought the course because I just couldn’t shake my fast-food habit. Some of the things I learned really made me stop and think about why I crave certain foods so much.
And when it got to the part about swapping those habits for better ones, it honestly clicked for me. I’m not saying it was magic, but it definitely worked.
