HarmonizeHER has changed my life!

I have now been a client of HarmonizeHER for almost a year and I cannot say enough good things! Mariah and Kate have changed my life; their support and knowledge is unmatched and they have created a safe, and encouraging space for women to improve their overall health. I have seen so many positive changes and improvements in my health since working with these ladies, and I’ve also gained support from women in this community in so many areas of life. I cannot recommend this program enough!!

Highly recommend!

I was failed by so many of my doctors and provided medications that not only didn’t fix my issues but made things worse. As soon as I joined the program I knew I was in the right place. The functional testing gave me so many answers to why I was experiencing the symptoms I had and I learned so much about blood sugar regulation, what meals need to look like to fuel your body properly, what proper hydration looks like and so much more! My biggest win from this program is coming off of my thyroid medication that I was on for over 10 years and my thyroid levels are the best they’ve ever been! I loved the community aspect and being able to connect with the other woman in the program.

HIGHLY recommend

This is the BEST program. I was very skeptical to join but I am so glad that I did! Mariah does a great job using a holistic approach to find the root cause of your problems. My skin has never been clearer and my bloating has vanished! I feel great in my skin again. I would highly recommend this program!

Life changing!!!!

I started the program in 2024 feeling stuck physically, mentally, and spiritually. Mariah went above and beyond providing support without judgement or hesitation every step of the way, from endless voice messages to tears on our live calls. This program allowed me to be vulnerable while building a community of women I could relate to and also help in my own ways. After finishing the program, I not only created a Godly friendship with Mariah, I also gained confidence in myself that I didn’t know I had. My brain is rewired so that I can use the information I learned to continue making my life better and help other women around me!
