Harmony 4 All is a youth-led, community-rooted nonprofit organization based in New York City, dedicated to transforming lives through the power of music education. Founded in 2023 by two high school students, Harmony 4 All was born from a belief that every child—regardless of income, zip code, or background—deserves access to the transformative power of music. We provide free instrument rentals, repairs, and engaging music curriculum to underserved K-12 students across New York City’s public schools, helping them discover their creativity, confidence, and community through the arts. We work directly with Title I schools, educators, families, and elected officials to identify students most in need. Whether it’s reviving a long-silent trumpet, hosting a community jazz concert, or delivering culturally responsive music workshops, every initiative is designed to foster belonging and joy in classrooms and neighborhoods that need it most. Our programs are 100% free to students and schools, made possible by a growing network of volunteers, donors, and partners who believe in educational equity and the power of youth leadership.
