Ti Chi experience with HARNA

Waking up and doing Ti Chi first thing loosens my body, calms the nerves, gets the energy flowing in the right direction. I’ve notice where I hold tension I didn’t even know I had releasing. Love how easy the movements are, quick little routine, and the meal ideas are also quick, easy and yummy.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. Applied for a trial subscription of 4 weeks but was also charged for a coaching service at £49.99 which I did not sign up for. Trying to get my money back but unable to speak to a human as only response is AI. I would not recommend!!

Scammed

I opted for a trial with a price of around $18 for three months. After 3 months they charged me $125 without any prior email for renewal. Despite of explaining the situation they offered me 6 months and then a year of the subscription in the same rate and did not give me a refund.

The company charges you without reminders and just concerned with money. So disappointed in trying it out.

The work out session is not consistent…

The work out session is not consistent sometimes 45 mins and sometimes 9mins. Which is not very convenient for a person like me.

My experience is similar to others. Automatic charging without clear advice. Don’t even look at it or you will get charged £100+ for 3 months after the initial offer period.
