From top to bottom, it appears this company is jam-packed full of rude, vile abusers. Really smarmy & sleazy, it is cringeworthy in the extreme how their staff choose to behave. I had the most disturbing & horrific experience with Harnham - who put far more effort into acting abusively & in a casually discriminatory manner than they ever did into conducting themselves in a way even approaching civilised & professional. Class A scumbags.

I had a great experience with Harnham and would definitely recommend. Rosie Walsh was the recruiter I worked with and she went over and above throughout the entire process. Regularly checking in with me and keeping me up to date every step of the way. I had multiple recruiters contact me initially, but she was the only one that got me into interviews and made sure the process kept moving at good pace.

Jayme Oshaben reached out to me on LinkedIn about a job opening when I was looking for a job. We scheduled a call and at the end of the call, she said she would send me the job description for the role. 9 days later, and I still have not received anything. I've reached out several times since, still no word. Absolutely unprofessional, these recruiters don't care about you at all.

This company should be avoided by all means. They post all fake jobs and if you try to reach them they would never reply. This never happened with me with any other recruitment company as other companies reach out or atleast sends a rejection.
I am concerned that they have stolen all my personal information. So don’t do that mistake.

Horrible people, they never care about jobless individuals who try hard to secure themselves a well-deserved job. Very abusive since they know you need them. They dont hesitate to ask any question and put you under pressure. Avoid avoid avoid!!!

Post numerous fake ads to farm CV's, complete scam company

Very impressed with the whole recruitment experience. Dylan Butcher from Harnham went above and beyond to help me get a great role and was very supportive and helpful.

Was told I wasn't suitable for a role because I was a parent and that "a client might want to speak at 5pm on a Friday" and I'd have to pick up or I "might have to travel"... like that was an issue and things I don't already do in my current senior role. Please avoid

As others have written, this lot are a special kind of smug, abusive, amateur creeps - that go out of their way & ‘bend over backwards’ to abuse people & deserve every word of these across-the-board disgraceful, horrific, atrocious reviews. Yet another utterly cringeworthy collection of clowns whose desperation to exhibit their ‘woke’ credentials & ‘kindness & tolerance’ - is only surpassed by their complete ignorance/unprofessionalism, hideous lack of self awareness & the appalling & horrendous manner in which they (again, needlessly yet very consciously) choose to treat people. Companies they ‘work’ with are equally class-bypassed/devoid & rotten to the core; true ‘matches made in hell’. Harnham are their staff are so abusive & toxic, they constitute a real danger to vulnerable people/candidates. Avoid at ALL costs & report where possible

The worst recruiters I've come across.

They will relentlessly call and email you about roles that are totally inappropriate for you, they don't understand if you're not interested, then if you try to contact them about any other roles they won't return calls or emails.

Their approach to recruiting is completely one sided and I'd recommend avoiding them.

Applied multiple times to my work experience matching roles and I have never received any follow-up - even if it's a rejection. It looks like this company just uses candidates' submitted resumes to sell out their personal data to others. Went through other people left comments and totally agree with them. Also after checking Reddit posts - other people indicate the same that this company is not doing a recruitment agency's job. Avoid them at all cost. Try to report their job posts on LinkedIn as they are just wasting all job seekers time.

Absolutely awful experience with these people. No replies to any of multiple applications, barely a reply to any direct communications, feels like a complete scam. Do NOT trust them in the slightest

Absolute Scam of a Company. I have never Received any Communication from them not even Rejection.TRUST ME They just Gather your Data and Sell it!! SCAM! Total Scam!

Recruiter that reached out pretty much treated the whole conversation as if I was a catfish. As a recruiter, if you do not have the necessary technical background to vet technical candidates and if you cannot take adequate notes during a standard interview, no form of intimidation and doubt will secure the right individual for you. Thankfully more competent and considerate recruiters have been reaching out to me in the meantime.

Do not apply for any of job adverts at this place. Even if they claim that there`s a real job vacancy to be filled.

No one heards back from them.

It`s just a big waste of time

They treat applicants terribly.
