Excellent Service.
A big thank you to Rizwan Shah and Susan Strouvalis and also Janet on Reception, at the Hampton Wick office. You have all been brilliant. What a team! I have just completed on a sale but have used this team for several years and will continue to do so. You are always accessible, professional, thorough and quick. It was smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend them
Probate.
On the negative side:Expensive. Slow. Possibly inexperienced in certain matters.Poor communication. Non responsive.
On the plus side:Pleasant people
Amanda and the rest of the team were absolutely brilliant throughout the whole conveyancing process. They kept the pressure on the other side, kept me regularly updated on progress and were upfront about fees. I can’t fault them. Thank you Herold Bell Infields & Co!!
I would not recommend these solicitors at all for conveyancing. Although the secretary we dealt with was friendly on the phone, they were very slow and gave no updates as to how the sale was progressing. We were frequently chased by the other side as they were waiting on Harold Bell. On the day of exchange and completion (same day) we were sent documents to sign midday which should have been signed and returned weeks before which we then had to rush back to them- luckily we were local. Once completed they did not transfer money over straight away they asked if they could send the following day which we agreed, the following day no money arrived and we had to chase again. Would never use again.
I used this firm and was very disappointed as their solicitor says one price and when the job finishes they they charge you triple. Never ever will use them.

I've been driving past their offices literally all my life, but never went in until we needed to deal with mum's estate and sell her property. So glad I took friends recommendation. Malcolm Bell was not just extremely knowledgeable, he was a gentleman throughout, and from the first meeting I knew we were in safe hands. Great sense of humour, down to earth. Really feel he and Laura and his whole team deserve a proper thank you, and can recommend them 100 percent.
