This is a genuine scam. How can they operate such a fraud in the US ? This the reason why I will minimize my e-commerce activities to the strict minimum. The retail business is coming back with face to face transaction or well established brands.
They are a fake store. Product was of extremely low quality, nothing like it looked online. It was also defective. When a return/refund was requested, it took four emails for them to finally send instructions for the return. Before they were offering % refund (20, 30, finally 40) plus keeping the item. When instructions were sent for return, it was not to the company from which I made the purchase. Instead, they asked me to send the item to an address in China. IT IS A TOTAL SCAM
