Excellent service. We spent £997 on 6 chairs. The delivery guys built them on arrival in the back of there van. There was an issue with one of the chairs we did not see this. The delivery men said they weren’t happy with a mark on the chair so took it back and came back with another one. Can not fault them. We will definitely be using harper and faith again.
Received my fabulous lion back dining chairs today and I am absolutely delighted with them.

We had shopped around a fair bit in preparation of moving into our new build property and luckily came across Harper & Faith.
We purchased both our 8 seater dining table set & Superking size bed with mattress from Harper & Faith, the dining table set is absolutely stunning and an amazing addition to anyone’s dining room or dining area. The only slight issue we’ve had is a small chip in the table which we sent pictures over WhatsApp To Harper & Faith who instantly came back to us and are arranging a replacement.
Our bed is also absolutely stunning, the headboard sets of our room and the mattress is so comfortable, we couldn’t have asked for more.
Overall the quality our products are built to last a lifetime, yes we had a small chip in our table but these things can happen in transit and the customer service we’ve received couldn’t have been better.
If you want the best quality in service and in products Harper & Faith really stand out from the crowd and we couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

I received my dining set and bed this week from Harper & Faith. I cannot fault the service from start (a welcome call after purchase) to finish (delivery earlier than expected). The delivery driver was really lovely and friendly, he was very careful not to damage my paintwork as he manoeuvered my large headboard up the stairs (it was a tight fit). I am in love with my marble dining table and velvet chairs. My new bed makes me feel like I'm staying in a hotel. Harper & Faith will be my first port of call next time I need some new furniture.

Order went through fine and i was told there would be a wait for the table and chairs but it came quicker than expected, would use again and the finance option is great, just a quick side note make sure the delivery company are aware where you have ordered from as they tried to charge me £99 for delivery until i explained delivery was free and where i purchased from, they went away and confirmed that delivery was free, other than the delivery company had no issues
