I ordered two pairs of shoes. They sent me a FedEx shipping tracking number. It showed the package was delivered to another address. When I contacted FedEx they told me the package that had been delivered to the other address was not mine and that I had been scammed. I tried to contact the company Harper and Brookes. There has been no response. They are located in Hong Kong. I have seen the same pair of shoes on several different websites under different names as well. Their site has many beautiful items but they don’t actually deliver!

Beware, it's a scam. I ordered some shoes and they never arrived. I asked for an explanation and they never came. You'll lose your money and your time.

Fake company! I didn't get my order for 8 weeks and when I wrote to their email no answer, avoid by all means ! they are dishonest!

Ordered a pair of shoes that I never received. Have tried to contact them with all their online info. without and responses. Thinking I may of been scammed!!! Should of known better 🤷🏼‍♀️

Ordered a pair of boots, bit of a long wait but didn’t mind. When they arrived, they were the wrong size. I’ve contacted them to let them know and have heard absolutely nothing back from them. Very disappointed 😢

It’s been 15 days since I placed the order. Have not received the order and there is no tracking information that I’ve been sent. Tried to contact the merchant but they have not responded. Very disappointing service at the moment

Placed an order 5 days ago and the status update just says ‘ready for processing’. Not a great experience so far considering the website states orders are processed within 1-3 days.
Update 17th Feb - contacted via Harper Brookes website 3 days ago requesting an update and heard nothing. Not impressed.

Everything about this order went smoothly. From checkout to delivery, no issues at all. The quality is excellent, stitching is clean, and the fit is exactly as described. I’ve worn it a few times already and it still looks brand new. Glad I gave Harper Brookes a shot.

Such a great experience, will come back for sure! Good quality and durability, customer service on point as well.

I was honestly skeptical at first (I mean, how often does that not end badly online), but my Harper Brookes jacket showed up quickly and the material feels genuinely solid, not cheap like most fast fashion stuff. Fit was spot on with the size guide and stitching feels durable. I’ve already worn it out twice and gotten legit compliments. Will order more from them.

I ordered a jacket after seeing an ad and honestly didn’t expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised. The jacket arrived faster than expected and the quality feels premium — heavy, well-made, and fits exactly as described. You can tell it’s not cheap fast-fashion. Would definitely order again.

I bought a pair of shoes from this store after seeing them advertise on Facebook, I’m normally skeptical about purchasing off social media and took a chance but best decision I ever made, these shoe are incredible quality, fit perfectly and shipped fast, going to order a pair for my dad for Father’s Day, love them.

Pretty good experience! Order arrived fast and the quality was decent for the price. If possible next time ship eco-friendly but besides that very nice.
