Called me an hour before an appointment…

Called me an hour before an appointment (that had been made a week in advance) to cancel. Messed up my schedule completely.

We also waived the service fee when we revisit, please contact us so we can arrange this. Again we do apologise but unfortunately the circumstances were out of our control.

Try before you buy- great option

When selecting which items you like to buy or deciding what size is best- it's great not having to pay for all the items upfront can try before you buy is a great way to shop. Also, having 5 days to return the items not required gives you time to decide on what to keep/return.

I ordered a bathroom light through B &…

I ordered a bathroom light through B & Q website, it was supplied by Harper Living, communic re my order acknowledgement and delivery was very good. The parcel arrived a day early, well packed. The light is exactly what I ordered, looks fantastic in the bathroom. Wouldn't hesitate to order direct from Harper Living.

Be careful of return dates

Ordered 2 pairs of Jeans on the "try before you buy" option. Chose the ones I wanted and using the method requested returned the other pair.
I had notification of Posting and delivery in plenty of time, yet I was Billed for the full order .
I was told while it arrived in time it was forwarded to the Warehouse . As far as I am concerned the package was delivered in plenty of time , yet I am having to try and get a refund. I will not use this option again.

We have a time agreement with our brand partners for them to receive and check the items in. Unfortunately this did not complete in the time frame and a reconciliation event triggered. What an amazing service!

What an amazing service! I was purchasing items for holiday and an important occasion so it would be huge outlay for me. This service enabled me to get a variety of outfits but not having to pay for them upfront. Return process was extremely easy and swift. I would definitely recommend it, and would like to see more retailers offer this service.

Excellent service, more brands should sign up to this

Excellent service. I was shopping for a dress for an important event and this enabled me to order several to try on without having to purchase several upfront. Super quick turn delivery and fast turn around for acknowledgment of items returned.
With so many shops closing down on the high street and having very limited time, this was the perfect service to help me find an outfit - plus you get to have a fun little try on session when the clothes arrive without the stress of shop fitting rooms!

Excellent service

Excellent service. The opportunity to try your items in your home before committing to buy is such a good idea. As it happens, I did keep the Dress I ordered and this service would definitely incentives me to order again.

Brilliant service

Such a fab service - love being able to try on things I’m thinking of buying with a few different combos from my wardrobe so I know everything works together. And saves all the hassle of paying for / returning things that don’t suit. Please Harper expand beyond the M25 soon because I don’t know how I’ll manage when we move!

The try before you buy strategy works

The company's try before you buy strategy is an excellent way of doing business and it is to be commended for taking this customer focussed approach. I have used it recently and have been extremely pleased with my purchases. I have bookmarked their web site and visit it regularly which says everything. Highly recommended.

I tried to get a refund but to no…

I tried to get a refund but to no avail. No responses from them at all. My money and jacket are both gone, as well as the postage charge. Over 100£ gone. Terrible return service.
