Can’t do zero stars or I would. Absolute scam. Quality terrible and can’t get a refund. Do not buy from them

I just thought that I should tell all you disgruntled buyers that if you bought the items with a debit or credit card,you can get your money back. I got mine back within hours via the bank ‘charge back’. We also are going to report this company to the Citizens Advice, so hopefully trading standards can shut them down. Good luck.

Absolutely Do Not order from this company.
£30 dress terrible quality, no label in dress, thin material, poorly made, fit is awful. Shipping took ages. Same dress on Temu for a fraction of the price.
No return label or information on how to return and it costs to return. I am not going to bother as reading others reviews probably will not get a refund. Return address is a parcel delivery address not the business address of Harrington &Hart. Definitely a scam !

Beautiful dress ordered what was delivered was only fit to wear in bed nothing like the picture doesn't even orth a one star wish I had looked at the reviews I have emailed but like a lot of these companies will probably have to go through my card provider wish I could put pictures on

Absolutely terrible. Delayed in shipping despite the fact they had a grunted delivery date. Then told me it was my fault there was a failed delivery, despite the fact I was in.
Chased up after a I hadn’t heard anything for 3 weeks, to first be told I had received the parcel, then be told it was lost in post.

I asked for a refund in which they refused, and would only accept a refund after they had sent it back to me, for me to send back to them.
All I want is a refund, and they’re making me jump through hoops.

Considering they say they are a British company, why is it taking so long to ship, and why do they have such terrible customer service and communication

OMG what a scam! One example - a dress on their website reduced from £60 to £29.95 - the exact same dress on Temu (same photo) is £10.58.
A total con!

I so wish I’d read reviews before I parted with £. Absolute rubbish. It’s not linen, which it purported to be but 95%polyester. Ghastly! Nothing like it looked in the picture or as described.

I ordered a black dress that said it was linen, it is not and seems to be a poor quality type of material. No labels. I ordered only one and they have sent 2 which by the time I realised what happened and that they have taken money for two it was to late to stop order.
I cannot find an order number or how to return the items.

I placed an order with this company on 9th March 2025 @ 15:19 & realised two jackets were on the order, so immediately sent a mail, requesting only one, no reply.

I sent another email on 10th March 2025 @9:55 to follow up and explaining that after reading all the negative reviews on Trust Pilot, to please cancel entire order. I also tried numerous time to call the so called Customer Service line +447401463797 no answer explaining customer is unavailable. I received an email reply @ 16:34 March 10th sympathising with my concerns:
'We are committed to ensuring a positive shopping experience, and we sincerely regret any confusion regarding your purchase. While we cannot guarantee immediate cancellation if the order has already been processed for dispatch, we will escalate this matter to our team for review.
We appreciate your patience and will update you as soon as possible.

I replied explaining on the website it states that their cancellation policy states that orders can be canceled before they are shipped & you would send an email notifying client of such, which clearly I am yet to receive.
On March 11th @ 11:44 I was send a copy of my order asking what exactly did I want? How then had it been shipped? I replied asking them to cancel the entire order. I received no confirmation, so followed up again on March 12th.
HSBC told me I had to send them evidence of my correspondence to validate my reason disputing the company's integrity to proceed my request to have the money returned.
Unfortunately my younger brother died tragically on 15th March & I had to fly to South Africa to console my Mother & make funeral arrangements. clearly through all that trauma I forgot about this unfortunate affair.
To date I have received no inferior Chinese cheap clothing or ever received any further correspondence! Bunch of thieves if you ask me!! I want to report them to the Ombudsman but protocol is first contact to company concerned & if no reply in 8 weeks, one is then able to lodge a complaint with them.
My last email was sent 27th May 2025 & now the waiting game begins.
No money, no clothes, how do they sleep at night scamming people left, right & centre?

I was charged for two dresses although I only received one and am still awaiting a refund. The product quality was rubbish and the dress was too tight therefore I submitted a return request. They have informed me that I need to pay between £16 and £42 to return to China. The website leads customers to believe it is London based. (It states it is established in London, 2024). It may have been established in London, but is based in China I have been asked to pay a further £5.88 and they will send another dress, but I am reluctant to send any more money as they still owe me over £25. I will give the product to charity and never purchase from it again!

Absolute rubbish, shipped from China, and also where you have to do any returns to. I feel conned as it looks like a posh London store - might write to Watchdog as more of these types of companies hide their true identify. Horrible polyester materials and costs a fortune to return them. Avoid at all cost.

A further 1 star from me. This company had the audacity to dispute my claim against them via my bank. despite not sending the goods and no response to my request for tracking or a refund. My appear to have sided with myself and have not re-taken the money, however, this company has today sent me a further link to their website (Which still does not exist) attempting to entice me into making a further purchase.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Scam. Stuck with two poor quality dresses that don’t fit and out of pocket!

I sadly agree with the negative comments.
I bought a pair of boots. They are not warm as they claimed and they are too small for the size they say. When I wanted to return them, they said I would have to pay the postage. I objected as the item does not meet the standards they claim. Then the negotiations started. In the end, I agreed to keeping the item and receive partial refund (i.e. the price I paid minus postage). After agreeing to that, I never heard from them again. No refund received. They are not replying to my messages.
After reading some of the comments, I suppose I should be pleased, at least I received a product!

1 star is generous. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING
I ordered 2 jumpers that took several weeks to arrive. I had to send numerous emails chasing the order. It arrived too late, they refused to engage with their so called refund policy
HORRENDOUS

This company is a scam company, ordered a T Shirt a month ago, after numerous e mails saying the usual things , processed, dispatched etc, nothing arrived unable to contact the company, then the website disappeared. NatWest have been amazing reimbursing us. We are still recieving e mails offering discounts, so just warning people to be careful if the site does come online again.

Terrible quality and zero response from the company about a refund.

A total scam. My husband who is 76 and recently suffered a stroke ordered 2 cashmere hoodies. They finally arrived after weeks of waiting. Diabolical quality, and definitely not cashmere.
Eva in Customer Service said refund would be made. Weeks ago, still no refund. Numerous follow ups and no reply.
As mentioned by others, firm is not Uk based but we’re in touch with trading standards and taking legal advice as the financial loss to my husband by this scam is significant.

DO NOT USE. Only giving 1 star as has to otherwise would score zero. Total scam. Received nothing and made the mistake of not paying by credit card.
