I bought a blouse reduced by 50%, which claimed to be reduced from £60 from this company, which says on its website it is based in Manchester. After several emails telling me my blouse had been dispatched, I tried to track it using a link in one of their emails, but my laptop wouldn’t open it, and it flashed up a malware warning and blocked the website.
My blouse finally arrived after 10 days, in a tiny grey plastic envelope which easily posted through my letterbox - obviously not containing a quality product. The blouse is thin poor quality material, not 100% linen as stated on the label, made in China and unbranded. It is skimpy, much shorter than shown in the photo on the website, and the seams and finishing are really cheap. An acquaintance who is a senior women’s wear designer for a leading international high street fashion brand, and works with Chinese manufacturers, said the material is at best cotton linen, and the workmanship is appalling.
There was no return information included and no phone number, so I emailed customer service to request a full refund, as the goods are not as advertised. They said due to concerns about the environmental impact of shipping the return, and packaging waste, they would prefer to offer a 20% refund, or 15% plus a gift voucher for the full cost I paid to be spent on anything I want on their website. I said I wanted to return the blouse for a full refund, and they replied that if I did that, it would be at my expense to an address in China, and I would also have to pay customs duty, so should put a low value on the item on any customs declaration form, to avoid high charges. If they accepted my return, they would then refund my money.
As they have lied on their website about the company, claiming to be a long established firm in Manchester, and provided sub-standard goods, nothing like the photographs, I wouldn’t trust them and certainly won’t be incurring further charges to return the blouse.

Items are cheap imports from China, not made in UK and based in Manchester as described on their website. Ladies items I received were poorly made. I tried to return for full refund but was given option of a credit to purchase other items or return items to an address in China at my expenses. Do not purchase anything from this company.

I stupidly got conned by their advertisement for lovely looking ladies shirts. What a fool I am. Goods did eventually arrive, but wrong size and very poor inferior material. Surprise surprise they are prevaricating about returns or indeed refunds. This is another bogus site run from China advertising on social media. DO NOT BE TEMPTED TO BUY FROM THEM. They also advertise on social media under other names, watch out

Received 2 tops shipped from china. Very poor quality and did not fit.
The return policy is send back to china at your cost and risk. There is misleading information on the item description that returns are easy.
No phone number on web site and misleading as it indicates the business is in Manchester.
I am taking this to Watchdog as this company is all about deception,

Yet another scam website, probably the same people who run the 'London' based Clarkson company. I can't stress enough to avoid these Chinese companies. The goods are shoddy and it's not worth returning them.

This company ships product from China. Do not believe what you see on their fancy website, they are not a family based company running out of Manchester.

In my case the product sent was incorect, a cheap round necked T shirt instead of the lovely V necked flowing shirt I had ordered. They would not refund unless I returned it to China at my own expense.

Did not receive product, no replies to my emails, I think this is a scam site.

I agree with the previous review. Very misleading. I only ordered due to the Manchester address. I was shocked to receive a dispatched message originating in China. I want to cancel. Do not believe this is a UK company it is NOT

Both on Facebook postings and their website they emphasize that the company is in Manchester. The goods they sell however, come from China, which is deliberatly misleading. They take, in my case over 2 weeks to arrive and were of poor quality. Returns have to be made to China, at my own cost which is exorbitant and more than the goods are worth. Do not buy from them.

Absolute rubbish. They say they are based in Manchester. They outsource to China. The top I bought was worth about £2.99, it had no flair, no shape, no flow and no label. And it took four weeks to arrive. Avoid like the plague.

Terrible ! I ordered a cardigan for my mum and the web page looks legitimate. I did the usual checks but it is not as it seems. Trust pilot reviews are not from real customers. This is a scam. The item received was very poor quality and not at all as described. Beware. Do not buy from this trader!
