Poor packaging

I purchased multiple glass jars of flavored honey. USPS delivered the package and it was small enough to fit into my mailbox. I didn’t get to the mailbox right away, taking the package out the next day. I quickly discovered ants all over the mailbox and in the mailbox. The honey jars had cracked because there was nothing separating any of the glass jars. Only 1 survived in tact. I reached out to Harrison Honey Farm to inquire about a refund or replacement and heard nothing. Not only do I not have the honey I paid for, I had a significant mess to clean. I can’t do business with a company that doesn’t respond to customer concerns and won’t do their best to ensure product gets to customers in tact.

!!!COMPLETELY MADE OF CHEAP PLASTIC!!!

I received the items that I ordered in a timely manner, but I was & am completely disappointed by the 3 dispensers I purchase.

On the website it stated: 200ml Honey and Syrup Dispenser
SKU: 32950186173
Introducing our 200ml Honey and Syrup Dispenser, perfect for drizzling your favorite sweet treat. Made with high-quality glass and a stainless steel lid, this dispenser is durable and easy to clean. The unique trigger design allows for precise pouring without any mess or drips. The dispenser is also airtight, ensuring your honey or syrup stays fresh for longer. Add a touch of elegance to your kitchen or dining table with our Honey and Syrup Dispenser.

I was offered and wanted "high quality glass and a stainless steel lid". THAT IS NOT WHAT I RECEIVED!

The description IS NOT WHAT I RECEIVED! What I received was made COMPLETELY OF CHEAP PLASTIC!!! I could have purchase the same product from Walmart for $4 & in better condition. The cardboard box the product came in was stained. These were going to be gifts. I would never offer a stained boxes and such a cheap Chinese made crap. Also using an image from Barmaid Barware to promote a product is misleading. I thought I was supporting a USA hometown business to find that I was ripped off by a small business marketing a product that they did not sell, then selling and sending me product that was inferior to what was listed. I ALSO PLACE A CONDENSED VERSION OF THIS REVIEW ON THE Harrison Honey Farm website and also dropped pics of what I received in the mail.
