Rigmarole after receiving the wrong size
After receiving the wrong size item, I asked for return instructions and requested they replace my order with the size that I had ordered or give me a refund.
The customer service admitted their fault but didn't give me return instructions until I had refused their offers of a 25%, 30%, and lastly a 35% refund. They then told me that if I wanted a full refund I would need to send it to their head office in China at my expense. The product was sent from a wholesale distribution warehouse in Slough, UK. I have sent them a letter refusing to pay freight on a missent item that is their fault and requesting they arrange freight for its return. Since then I have had no response from them and have begun enquiries with the Citizen's Advice Bureau with a view to make a complaint to the Trading Standards Officer.
I will not be ordering with them or any similar pop-up trader site online again.
