Ordered a shirt from their website based off reviews made by social media influencers. Its been over 2 weeks and no shipping confirmation received. Now im missing almost 100€ for no reason. Shame!

So long and no answer
I finally received my order but after 45 days, and with no real response from customer service either via their email/instagram/website.
I really thought it was a scam. They should at least answer the messages we send them.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I bought some items a while back from these people one of the item was not nice at all and was not how it was shown on the model and terrible quality which is unlike them because I’ve bought from
them numerous times first time returning an item back to them I had to pay for the shipping which I did not see a problem in doing so as it was stated in there guidelines for returns and exchanges upon returning it I waited a whole month and for the item to be only rejected and refused by them and returned back to me. The tag is still on the item and unworn and unused and I sent it back within the allocated timeframe I reported this issue to them only for them to say they will look into it and that was it I’ve been contacting them but for harsh and cruel to only blatantly ignore me been sending them numerous dms on their Instagram page but nothing at all back from them only to read it and do nothing about it they are not communicative or transparent at all their customer service is rude and disrespectful never to buy from them
again
