Terry is absolutely fantastic. A pleasure to deal with, knowledgeable and professional. I have thought about selling my watch many time over the past few years but have always found dealing with jewellers tedious and frustrating.

My experience with Hart Time was the opposite. Terry’s replies were prompt and nothing was too much trouble. I was made a very good offer on my watch and the whole process was quick, simple and stress free. He really does go above and beyond.

I honestly cannot recommend Terry enough. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. I will be recommending him to friends and will most certainly be a returning customer.

I have just brought a Breitling off of Terry and am really pleased with it. Being a complete novice when it comes to the watches market Terry's knowledge and experience really helped me pick out what sort of watch would suit me and what I wanted it for. There was no pushy sales techniques just a great experience from start to finish.

I bought an Omega Speedmaster from Terry and couldn’t be happier I did. I have used Terry in the past and found him to be reliable, knowledgeable and up front.
Communication is always excellent, he’s always at the end of the phone if you need him and you can guarantee a flawless looking watch at the end of it.

I recently purchased a pre-owned Omega Seamaster from Terry at Hart Time, and I couldn't be more pleased! The watch arrived in excellent condition, exactly as described, and you can tell it has been well cared for.

Terry as always was fantastic—responsive, professional, and helpful throughout the process. Shipping was fast, and the watch was securely packaged. Despite being second-hand, it looks and functions like new!
