I’m absolutely delighted with my new kitchen from Harvey Jones. From start to finish, the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. A special thank you to Henry, the designer, who understood exactly what I wanted and brought my vision to life, I now have my dream kitchen! The installation team were professional, efficient, and a pleasure to have in the house. Everything was finished to the highest standard, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Highly recommend.

This was our second Harvey Jones kitchen and I wouldn’t look anywhere else!
We knew we wanted to start with the kitchen renovation first as it is the heart of the home and so having had such a great experience in our last house we headed straight back to Harvey Jones.
Henry our designer was incredibly calm and patient as we worked on our ideas and needs and his attention to detail was invaluable. His choice for paint colours and especially our work top meant he created a beautiful space we all love to spend time entertaining, creating and enjoying.
Henry was always at the end of the phone or email and quick to make adjustments as and when needed. I was able to rely on him to send information to the builders with clear plans and measurements and not to delay the project.
The after service care we have received has been second to none and I would like to thank all the team at Harvey Jones, again, for creating our dream kitchen!

This was a daunting restoration project of a Georgian Cottage in near permanent decline and needed to be delicately modernised without compromising its historic charm and crucial to this objective was to incorporate a brand new traditional kitchen . Opted for Harvey Jones for their handmade hand painted bespoke kitchen from their Shaker range and accepted their offer on Miele range of appliances . The kitchen was designed by Henry Wetton , with great imagination and attention to deal and was extremely helpful throughout the design phase . The kitchen itself was skilfully made to realise the design and fitted and painted to our colours of choice on site by charming tradesman and now installed , we are very pleased with the result and receives lots of compliments from our guests .
Having purchased many kitchens in renovations I have undertaken , I would recommend Harvey Jones above all !

Jules made the whole planning and design process completely bespoke and tailored to our wishes. The changes of mind (of which there were a few!) were accommodated with ease and the final package secured was second to none. Delighted with the support and service - would highly recommend!

Our initial visit to the Bath showroom on the 27th of January was great and we were persuaded to purchase a butchers block/console table which was promised to be delivered in 2-4 weeks. We were not advised clearly on payment terms and order process which was confusing and a little concerning at the time but eventually once we had paid in full the order was placed.

Not only was the order late but things went from bad to worse!! The block arrived on the 15th March and the fitter was due to come on the 16th March to put the worktop on and cancelled at the last minute. We contacted the Bath showroom immediately who said they would sort it out and we haven’t heard back since.

Now we have a base, no top and no date for completion and no communication!! Come on Bath showroom this is not how customers should be treated. It feels like once the money has been paid the customer care ceases to exist.

Jules Bywaters at the Bath showroom advised and guided us through the whole process resulting in a fabulous new kitchen. Harvey Jones dealt seamlessly with their suppliers (eg granite worktop, splashback etc) and fitted everything into our build programme.

The Bath team at Harvey Jones have just completed our wonderful new kitchen. We have always loved the pared back Harvey Jones aesthetic and the quality of their cabinetry. This is our 3rd HJ kitchen in the 3 homes we have lived in in the last 20 years. Each kitchen has been great but I think the simple, elegant lines of their kitchens are particularly suited to a Georgian house and this one feels really special.

Every aspect of the process was excellent: Jules did a great job on the design, sympathetically working around tricky existing and new features; Tom and John's carpentry and fitting and Nicky's painting of the cabinetry were all fantastic. The whole team had really good attention to detail, coming back to adjust and touch up once all the appliances and everything was in. We are so pleased with the results and would definitely recommend.

From the initial design consult to the final touches it has been an absolute pleasure to work with Harvey Jones on my kitchen. Jules (designer), John and Jen were always available at the end of a phone or in person to help with any issues that came up. Damian (fitter) was both cheerful and courteous and worked well with my building crew and Cat (painter) did an excellent job working in not so excellent conditions as my builder had over-run on the second fix. I am so very happy with my new kitchen. It is the heart of my home.

We worked with Jules and his team who designed and built our kitchen - he really made it effortless - we have ended up with exactly the kitchen we wanted. He did exactly what he said he would do, from start to finish. The quality was even better than we expected - it makes me happy every time I look at it! Would I have another Harvey Jones kitchen? Yes I would, and I would be very excited about it.

Our Harvey Jones kitchen was well designed by Julian Bywaters, and it’s still looking fantastic and working brilliantly 5 years after being fitted.
We had a small problem recently where our kitchen tap handle started dripping. Jules was on the case with the manufacturer straightaway, and he managed to arrange for replacement parts to be shipped directly to us even though we were just outside of warranty. What fantastic service all these years later!

At a late stage in a house move we discovered that the owners were taking a large unit from the kitchen. Therefore, there was some urgency to source a replacement as well as obtain a freestanding island unit. We realised very quickly that lead times and availability was going to be a problem. Approaching Harvey Jones through one of their shops we were advised that to hasten the order process by a design consultant visiting our new house would involve an immediate non-returnable deposit.
Our desperation ment we accepted this and hoped that on-site consultation would produce an agreeable solution. Be aware, therefore, that getting to the point of agreeing a design and placing an order may take some time without the upfront financial commitment.

In the event the commitment of the designer consultant produced a speedy result. Our personal wishes and queries were dealt with promptly as well as facilitation of finish and worktop desires. Date for delivery was agreed as well as flexibility in meeting our availability during the installation period.

Delivery was on the date planned but not all the items (fortunately, the item unready was standalone and did not delay the fitting team). A second delivery the following day resolved the issue. Thanks to the delivery team for having 2 early starts and long trips.

We cannot praise the work of the fitting and finishing craftsman highly enough. It was a pleasure to have them in our home and observe their conscientiousness, care and consideration. The fitting liaison leader provided a level of contact that was far from cursory.

The final result more than met our expectations and would have earned a 5 star rating however, delivery of items from the factory took the edge of the overall performance.

We contacted Jules in the Bath showroom for ideas about our kitchen renovation and was really pleased that we decided to go with Harvey Jones. The process from start-to-end was actively managed by Jules and the workmanship of the installation team was exceptional. As with all projects there were hiccups along the way but Jules, Damian and the team proactively engaged with us to come up with different ways to resolve the issues. We are so pleased with the end results and would definitely go back to Harvey Jones if we ever move and need another new kitchen!

He fully understood what we were trying to achieve and really helped distill a potentially complex process into something less stressful and more manageable. Everything from the initial design, through the install to handover and completion was seamless.
