My dad is 84 years old and Nicola was just so kind to him and really help him pick right bed and mattress I can’t thank her enough for all her help today.

The fridge packaging was not removed on…
The fridge packaging was not removed on delivery and taken away. I was unable to get the fridge fully unpacked myself and had to wait extra 4 days for someone to help to lift and unpack which meant i was without a fridge for days. The store and website confirms unpackagaing on delivery so i wasnt impressed.

I Got a Triple Bunk Bed Delivered and paid for assembly.The two guys were excellent and had no issues Bringing it up the top of a 3 story house. They had the Beds assembled in no time and took away all the cardboard with them. Great job done and I'm delighted with the outcome.

I informed them up-front requesting the reschedule of the delivery no one informed about the extra charges for that when doing it but later on when tried to re-schedule they told that you have to read the very small terms and conditions which they never ask us to read when getting the money from us.

Very attentive and knowledgeable staff on the floor. I was buying a mattress and didn't really know what I wanted. Nicole was able to give great advice and after asking me a few questions she brought me to exactly what I needed. I'm very happy with my purchase. Five stars.

I wish they would help customers to make decisions based on their preferences, not just bombarding them with the stuff about things that they want to sell. I understand their concern, but my point is that at the end, something to be sold is better than nothing. Thanks

The delivery went smoothly overall; the team was quick and courteous. However, one of the delivery personnel accidentally broke a light switch while positioning the couch, which can happen. Unfortunately, they didn’t acknowledge the damage or offer to fix it. It was not a big damage, but ruined the impression.

Best Sales Person - Nicola
I went to Harvey Norman, Blanchardstown with a friend and her husband who were returning home to Ireland after 20+ years working in Europe. They needed some beds and wanted lots of information on the choices available. We met Nicola she was absolutely amazing, she knows her stuff and could chat in a way that was relatable. She understood there anxiety around delivery as they are undertaking an International Move with all their possessions being moved. Everything was ordered with myself as a local contact. Today HN called and advised beds are in and will be delivered on the 27th. They arrive home on the 1st August. Thanks Nicola you are one in a million.

Purchased Bed and Mattress in Harvey Norman Blanchardstown last week.
Misunderstanding with delivery date and assembly of bed. Items arrived this morning but no arrangement had been made re: my request for assembling the bed.
Spoke with the Manager, post sales experience execellent 100% service by Nomaan and Brendan who came to my home and resolved the issue.
