The driver who delivered our couch was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was delivered smoothly and was a pleasure to deal with. Excellent service—thank you!

Came to collect my product that had been preordered for me as I got a message to say my product had arrived in. 'Kyle' said they'd hold it aside for me as I had already paid for it in full. ....but when I got into the store a couple of weeks later they had sold my product to someone else. This guy has told me countless lies about products in his department and he also has a very bad attitude.

A previous experience with Harvey Norman Galway a couple of years ago in another department and with someone else....I bought and paid for two expensive ovens and the lady there said they'd keep them in their stores for me with my name on them as my house was near the final stage of building. A short time later my kitchen company told me that they were ready for my ovens. Went to Harvey Norman to tell them I was ready for receipt of my paid for in full ovens but found out that they had sold them to someone else. Caused me absolutely awful hassle with my kitchen company, electrician, etc.
This seems to be a pattern with Harvey Norman Galway which is not acceptable.

Bought furniture from the furniture department upstairs and had no issue there. The ladies in that department were professional and friendly.

But my current issue is with this 'Kyle' person. Why does he lie to customers. I've actually heard him lie to other potential customers too. I had to tell those people afterwards that what he told them was a lie.
Why do Harvey Norman Galway sell products to other customers when they have already been sold to someone else!!!!

Charlie and his work colleague were very helpful, friendly and careful to deliver my mattress. They called early with a specific time and arrived within that hour. Really nice guys

Excellent customer service. The product I ordered was temporarily out of stock. I received an automated message advising that there would be approximately a 5 day delay. Shortly afterwards I picked up personalised voice message from Tamara at my local Knocknacarra store advising that she succeeded in sourcing my desired product from another store and would update me when it was available for collection which she subsequently did. Exceptional service and customer centric attitude which should be applauded and rewarded

I was unsure which duvet to choose, but Michelle came over and offered to help without me even having to ask. She gave me excellent advice and was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout. The service couldn’t have been better.

I took data recovery for my macbook air 2015 model as my device was stuck in os mode and was not able to get into my mac but Raviraj help me to get the data from a non working device happy to have my data back.

I found the whole experience of requesting a cancellation of my order and subsequent refund, simple and prompt. The resources I interacted with very efficient.

Gave me a 2 hour window for delivery.

Easy and quick

Delivery men did not leave items in rooms as per your own policy, dumped everything in hallway, couldn't get out of the place quick enough, very unprofessional, very disappointing.
Would not get anything delivered again from Harvey Norman.

I ordered a 3 piece couch and a rug. I was told it was being delivered on a Thursday 25th June. On Wednesday at 5pm I get a call to say the arm chair never arrived so now it will be the following Tuesday 30th. I had gotten rid of my old couch so I had no couch for 6 days. Then on Tuesday 30th delivery came,the armchair was dirty and stained so I refused it. There was no rug. Delivery men told me it comes in separate delivery. Later found out that’s not true. Rang Harvey Norman Galway had to tell them about armchair, have to wait 5 weeks for new one and was told rug will be delivered asap by DPD 2-3 days. One week later no rug. Absolutely brutal service.

The customer care agent who helped me when I ran into a huge problem.. hes a superstar. Really helped me from the word go, he listened, didnt pry, empathised and solved it. Find him on file and please thank him for me. Please
