The MacBook I bought is great but I had to ring the bell to the pick up room 5 times to get service in the Nutgrove store. The store was not busy at the time. Not good enough.

Thank you to Harvey Norman nutgrove Rathfarnham store staff for all your help. Everyone in there is so helpful and friendly. I have been in there a lot lately and the customer care and the staff knowledge is excellent. Thanks to Bibin for helping me to choose a laptop and Bluetooth speaker in a hurry. I had an impatient toddler with me so he understood time was of the essence! Also recently bought a fan there and was looked after by a young Spanish guy who had recently joined and also was browsing sofas and another young irish guy was great (sorry can’t remember names). Overall a great store and such an asset to rathfarnham

I didn’t receive my delivery, I needed to collect after a lot issues my product. The times and the way they delivery is not flexible. The staffs who helps me and have me support to another things are amazing!

Horrible online experience
Horrible online experience, couple of times call them to get the assembly service for furniture. All the time they took the details for call me back but never get back to me.

Not a great delivery service at all…
Not a great delivery service at all they brought up the new fridge which was bigger than my old one but refused to take it as it needed 4 men to take it down a few stairs, had to ring harvey norman was told they would ring back never did so I eventually got a lovely sales assistant named sherwin who did ring me back and got onto the logistics company and after 5 days my old fridge was taken away by 2 men, would not recommend this delivery company at all
