I bought a new bed from Harvey Norman Airside Swords and it was delivered on Friday 10th July 2026, I was kept updated at all times and received a text message to say my delivery would be between 9am-11am, I then received a call also from the delivery men to confirm and by 9.30am it was all done 😍 new bed delivered and put together and old bed taken away, the delivery men were very professional and very friendly, talking away to me like I’d known them years which was so nice, I couldn’t believe how fast they had got everything done , absolutely amazing job the guys done and I’m very impressed, grateful and thankful to them, they done their job so efficiently, I cannot recommend them enough, thanks very much guys ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered a couch and an American fridge freezer from Harvey Norman. Organised a delivery date to suit me and there was no hassle. Fair play to guys for doing all the work in assembling it. Special shout out to Damien and Deko went above and beyond to help us. Would highly recommend them. To the sales assistants in both Swords and Liffey Valley. Than you so much for your guidance and input. Cant fault the service but will only recommend them to my family and friends

The promised delivery window was a very convenient 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM—just a casual 10-hour slot. I arranged my entire working day around it.

The driver called once in the morning. I couldn't answer immediately, but I called back within 3 minutes. No answer. I left a voicemail. Sent a text. Then spent the rest of the day trying to reach them with more calls and messages. Complete silence.

It felt like I'd missed the one and only boarding call for a flight—except instead of missing my flight, I apparently lost the privilege of communicating with my delivery driver. One missed call, and you're banished to voicemail forever.

After waiting all day with no updates, I finally assumed I was being punished for not answering the phone on the first ring.

The delivery eventually arrived... at 7:30 PM, well outside the already enormous delivery window.

The product was delivered, but the communication was one of the worst delivery experiences I've had. A 10-hour delivery window is unreasonable, and a system where customers get exactly one chance to answer a call—but can't reach the driver even minutes later—is incredibly frustrating.

Hopefully Harvey Norman improves this process, because customers shouldn't have to spend an entire day guessing whether their delivery is still happening.

The driver and his co worker were excellent. We had a time frame and he rang to see if they could come earlier. When they arrived they were professional and friendly. Tommy, who fitted the dishwasher was very neat clean and precise. He took his time and fitted the machine perfectly.

Everything went smoothly and quickly from buying to delivery. Informed of delivery time and specific window making it easier just adjust my workday around the delivery.

They did a great job considering they had to climb up three flights of stairs. And they were quick with the assembly. They also called ahead of delivery to let me know when they would arrive.

I got a call, early in the morning telling me my delivery was 15 mins away. This was a great relief for me as I had an appointment to keep. They were there in 15 mins, the driver and his helper were friendly and efficient and brought my furniture into the room for me. Top class service. I have No problem recommending them.

I was kept informed every step of the way about my delivery. The two lads quickly and efficiently put my chairs together and took away the packaging. They were pleasant and polite to deal with. Great customer service

On my first visit, I placed an order for all of my home appliances based on the initial advice I received. The following day, I met Saji, and he took the time to carefully review my entire order. He identified a few items that weren’t the best fit for my home and recommended better alternatives. Thanks to his knowledge and attention to detail, I ended up with appliances that were a perfect fit for my house.

When my dishwasher developed an issue and had to be returned, Saji also went above and beyond to support me. He made sure a replacement order was placed and guided me through the entire process, making everything as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Delivery lads were fantastic, lovely guys! Unfortunately they were not given the full instructions from HN to assemble my elderly mother’s bed, so they delivered and left. This caused huge stress to my mam. Eventually HN sent someone to assemble the bed.
