Only came by chance needing to go private to sort my HGV license and offered me a fantastic deal for a full checkup which is honestly life changing realising what I should do to prolong the most precious commodity....Life. so efficient sadly no regular doctors surgery can hold a candle to mygp service. Life changing provision

I have been a member for 18 months, and choosing to join was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I live with rheumatoid arthritis and recently experienced a severe flare in my knee while I was out of the country.

After landing, I called just after 11am to see if a same-day appointment might be possible. Not only was I seen that day, but when I asked if I could see someone who specialised in joints, I was amazed by what followed.

The doctor I saw was a true joint specialist and was also able to administer a steroid injection during that same appointment. I arrived barely able to bend my leg more than 35 degrees, and within two days I had almost full movement back.

The care didn’t stop there. I received a follow-up phone call to check how I was doing, and a detailed letter is being sent to my rheumatologist explaining the treatment & observations.

Dr Skellorn, you are wonderful. This service is genuinely game-changing, especially when you consider it costs little more than a takeaway coffee a day. I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Fantastic

Best decision ever!

I have been a member at MyGP for a year and just renewed my membership.
It has been the best decision.
From amazing communication via the friendly Concierge,team who are knowledgeable and efficient and reassuring , to the lovely staff on the reception desk. Always friendly and welcoming.
You can see the same gp if you prefer, and they are brilliant. You don't feel rushed,you can discuss more than one medical issue at a time.
The health screening included in the membership is thorough, and gives you the opportunity and information to prevent future illness and promote healthier choices.
The drs can refer you smoothly and quickly to scan services, and other diagnostic procedures . Results come back very fast too.
I feel safe now. I feel I am cared about and am experiencing the best medical care,both physically and mentally.

My GP is amazing

My GP is amazing. They listen to you and provide updates and check you are ok. Dr Anna is superb and always remembers everything about you. The reception team are fantastic. The concierge team are amazing and chase everything up. Dan is especially amazing. Don’t hesitate to join my GP. They treat you so well and make sure you get sorted. Best decision I have made regarding health care

I decided to join My GP Clinic at Lower stretton back in December 24, due to ongoing health concerns that I felt were not being addressed quickly enough by my previous surgery. Best decision I ever made!
I have nothing but praise for the doctors, receptionists and concierge team. Such a warm, professional and compassionate team. Always had a same day appointment and I’ve had follow up calls from the doctors to see how I have been feeling.
The doctors that I have seen so far, dr Anna, Dr Nadia and Dr Akeel are all amazing. So thorough, kind and reassuring.
I visited again today and was extremely anxious about a persistent problem but Dr Akeel was amazing. He listened to me with empathy and made a plan. I really felt heard.
Thank you all so much. I know I’m in safe hands. X

We started four years ago and the consistant medical service that we have received ever since is simply superb . I have recommended this Clinic to my friends who have also joined .

MyGP membership is essential

I joined myGP about six months ago and the only regret I have is that I did not join sooner.

Having been under NHS care my whole life I did not know what I was missing out on and couldn't conceive how beneficial a private GP can be.

I joined initially because I had waited over one hour for my NHS GP surgery to answer a call and was fed up. All myGP had to do to impress me was answer a call within 5 minutes but they have done so much more and I am blown away by the service.

Children under 18 years of age are included in a family membership without a further charge which is amazing. MyGP gives the documentary evidence which their school requires. My NHS does not. Therefore myGP has saved me that battle as well.

Enough of how myGP has made my life easier now to how they have improved it.

Every contact with myGP has been outstanding at every level. The doctors are always prepared. They read your notes before you turn up and check the annual blood screening results. They piece it all together with your current complaint meaning that they don't look at the symptom in isolation. They take time to ask all the questions, not just the immediate obvious questions and pick up on all matters that might be of relevance to the issue. An analogy: if we were a car with an oil leak the NHS GP might have time to just top up the oil to keep that engine running. MyGP looks for the reason why the oil is leaking, fixes the leak and then tops up the oil.

This is not a slight against NHS doctors. It is only to show that there is a different level of health care which can only be obtained privately. If you value your health and your quality of life you should look at private health care as an investment into that. When looking at which private health care provider to retain you will not regret opting for myGP.

This is a premier service

outstanding service

Having recently become members I cannot speak highly enough of the service myself and my partner have received from everyone within My GP from the concierge team, the receptionists right through to the extremely helpful and supportive doctors

I would avoid like the plague

I would avoid like the plague. They don't tell you straight away that for you to get a blood test you have to be a member and the charge to be a member is over £1000 thousand a year . What a waste of time and money making schemes.

What a difference!

I have been with MyGp for about 2-3 months and what a difference!
The front of house staff are lovely (remembering your name as you walk in), the GPs are amazing (same day appointment every time we have needed one) and the nurses (Steph and Vicky) were exceptional with my daughter recently who is autistic and extremely needle-phobic! Bloods taken with minimal stress and blood results back within 24 hours! A call from the concierge team to give results and offer an appointment if needed the next day!
All in all, everything I need in one place) - we are never leaving!

Fabulous service at myGP

Fabulous service at myGP. Best decision I made to join 5 weeks ago.
Outstanding customer service, where the staff go above and beyond to make your experience seamless. I’ve felt very reassured about my health since joining. Lots of tests and appointments promptly dealt with, lengthy appointments never rushed and always welcoming despite having to make full use of the services due to various health issues..
more than happy with ‘myGP’ and can really recommend others to join . I’ve already had two friends join since praising the clinic who are equally as thrilled with the level of care.
Big shout out to Dr Anna at Stretton for her expertise and professionalism and addressing all my concerns , equally as professional was Dr Ijaz over at Wilmslow.
All the staff have been brilliant so far , concierge, nurses and reception. Literally can’t praise ‘myGP’ enough.

First class and friendly personal…

First class and friendly personal service at all levels of their service. Since joining 3 or 4 weeks ago, I have been contacted by the doctor or the admin staff on 3 occasions - this is 3 times more than the NHS have done in 70 years!

MYGP best practice in north west

Went to see Dr Becky today at MYGP clinic in Stretton.
I am extremely happy that my family have become members of this private GP clinic.
My visit there today made me feel very comfortable in every way as Dr Becky was so friendly and professional.
Same day appointments as well as cancer screening I would highly recommend this practice and especially this GP.

Amazing supportive service from Mygp

I am delighted with the service from the Stretton branch of my gp. I rang distressed as to the way the NHS doctor was treating my 33 year old daughter. We were seen by Dr.Anna within 40 minutes of signing up. It was refreshing to been listened to, have pain relief and for the gp to be proactive. She was referred for an MRI which confirmed she had 4 slipped discs one with a tear . She had been dismissed for 3 months by the NHS never looked at our given pain relief. As an added bonus my granddaughter was added for free. She was unwell with bronculitus. Dr Anna again was very reassuring , informative and attentive which helped with her quick recovery. Instead of begging for an appointment. Dr Anna asked us to return 3 times.

My partner has also joined and seen Dr.Vicky who has set out a treatment plan to hopefully improve his health.

The concierge team especially Matt and Tom have been very helpful and supportive. The gp's put you at ease and give patients the time they need to be proactive in getting healthy. It is the best health decision we have made.
