Dan was amazing
Dan was amazing, fitted our water softener and drinking tap. We’ve had building work going on and weren’t in when Dan came round. He kept us updated with pictures of how the work was going and said he’d come back once we’d moved in to show us how everything worked

Luke Harrison from Harvey Water Softeners did an outstanding job installing our Harvey water softener. From start to finish, his workmanship was absolutely first class.
The installation is textbook perfect – everything is neatly aligned, clearly identified, and professionally finished. There are no loose or untidy hoses, everything has been installed with exceptional attention to detail. He also cleaned up thoroughly after the installation, leaving the area spotless.
Luke took the time to explain the system clearly, including all of its benefits, how it works, and how to get the best from it. His explanations were easy to understand, and he answered every question patiently and professionally.
It's rare to come across someone who takes such pride in their work. If every installation were completed to this standard, customers would have nothing but praise for Harvey. I couldn't be happier with the result and would highly recommend Luke Harrison to anyone considering a Harvey water softener. A genuine 5-star service!

Harvey install by Paul SB
Paul SB was fantastic and very professional. When one of Harvey installer came round to draw up a plan how to install the pipe work it was going to be on show however when Paul came round he recommended a new location and no pipe work was on show. Was very efficient and took pride in his work, always willing to answer questions no matter how small or big they were. Cannot give him enough praise for the workman ship.
