Connection to app doesn’t work
Water softener works well. However I have to keep checking it has salt in it as the wireless connection to the unit doesn’t connect to the app. Which is actually why I went with this unit in the first place.
The tap they installed is still wobbly. Overall for the price, not value for money

Excellent installation and the water…
Excellent installation and the water softener works well, easy to refill also. However not able to get the information on my phone at installation and not able to do since so no warning that salt running low

David gave us a very well informative speech. Answered our questions and concerns.
Checked where our stop coc was and suggested various places it could be fitted in our kitchen.
He then gave us the prices for the machine/s we had chosen and the salt and tube prices. We agreed to tye cost and he called for an appointment for us

Adam the engineer was superb
Adam the engineer was fabulous. He communicated really well in advance of the appointment to let me know his arrival time and kept me updated when he was running a bit late. On arrival, he was polite, thorough and totally professional. He took care to make sure he didn't cause any mess, and even cleaned out the main unit for us.
