Took money out of my bank when i never signed up to them. They had my email address and an account set up. No idea how they got my details. They said they've cancelled my membership and I'll get my refund in 10 days. We'll see

If only i can give 0 star i would, i ask for my refund for almost 3weeks ago until now i don’t receive it even though they deducted on my card the amount that didn’t ask for my permission. You need to improve your service more and don’t scam anyone.

I've never heard of hasgoodtools. I'm a builder. I use screw fix, and Toolstation. This has made me cancel all apps! I don't use my bank card. Cash only now. What gets me these people are amongst us all SCUM!
It's all well and good giving reviews. But there should be like minded, hackers and scammers, in the police force, paid to catch, such SCUM!!
