Can’t pay out- they also deleted the overview of payouts haha. What a scam company… who invest here much money is dump…. Sry but true

After fewer withdrawals, they have stopped to send the further amounts. Its been 3 days now and error is showing upon withdrawal that High network load please try again in few hours. So basically the ROI is only 4% as a whole.

Please avoid and ignore them, they are scammers...dont give them any money

This may a be a temporary withdraw freeze guys cause it’s happening to everyone on hash factor I’ve withdrawn for months now I was confused as well.

I have no idea what happened with hash factor? From 3 days I can't withdraw my mining high load. I think that's it, with hash factor 🤔 scam

As of now the company will not let you withdraw your mined funds
Anyone that reports that they have no problem withdrawing has not reached the point where they will begin experiencing the "High network load, please try again in a few hours" prompt
The issue persists whether I choose to withdraw $4 or $250.
customer support is unresponsive, feels like a scam right now

For now 3 stars. Start was good. Some cashouts about 30-40 usd and now around christmas network overload. Others are not affected so why hashfactor? I give them the benefit of doubt and wait until end of january to see if they solve that problem or if i have to consider it a scam.

Update 03.01.2025. Now is hashfactor.net down. So if it ever shows up again, avoid it!!!

I contacted the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the UK’s financial regulatory body, about Hashfactor, and they confirmed that this company is NOT authorized by them. This means Hashfactor is not a legitimate financial services provider and is highly likely to be a scam.

Here are the key points from FCA’s response:

Hashfactor is not listed in the FCA’s register
The FCA conducted a search in their Financial Services Register, which is a public database of authorized and regulated companies in the UK. Hashfactor does not appear in the register, indicating that it is not approved by the FCA – a clear red flag for a scam.

Cryptoassets are often unregulated
The FCA clarified that buying and selling cryptoassets is usually not a regulated activity. While UK-based platforms must register with the FCA for anti-money laundering purposes, this does not mean they are fully regulated or safe.

After almost a week of flawless withdrawals, like everyone else I’m now experiencing the “high network load. Try again in a few hours” error. Unless this is fixed (unlikely), I am now convinced this is a scam of some kind. Will update once/if the issue is resolved.

What still makes this all more frustrating is that a lot of these reviews seem legit at first but then in the last sentence they promote other (likely scam) “businesses”.

First withdrawal works. After that you can’t withdraw anymore and get the error high network load. Please try again in a few hours. Don’t put your money in this it’s a typical scam.

Update: I have filed a report with the local authorities and eConsumer.gov

Update: Website is taken offline I hope we’ll ever get our money back but i don’t think so. Scammers

Update (3-1-2025):
The website is completelly down, could be for several reasons. Its strange though. they've been working at this site last days and now: its gone.
They launched the same site with solana mining, same site, same rules. The support email is also not responding (so, whats new?) and the site is really buggy.
I will try to remain positive, but my advice is still:
DO NOT INVEST! Till we have positive results from other people (with confirmation from other users)

And for people who want their money back: there's nothing like a refund of stolen crypto money. Don't let you fool in contacting those scam artists: they bring you in more and more missery (and a lot of fees you have to pay and you'll never get your money!).

Network error still exists! But changes are made to the site:
1) A new owner Ethan Parker (which could be the reason there's problems over there), but the picture is still of the original owner
2) Several days ago you could only withdraw (well, it gave still the network error) to only 6 crypto's. Now it returned to 12. So definitelly some changes are made
3) You cannot see the withdraws and deposits anymore from other people (which is not a good thing)

So, my conclusion is still: DON'T INVEST, till the network issues are gone.

I cannot call it a scam right now, because of the changes that are made and we still can access our accounts. If it were a scam, the site would suddenly disappear and you'll never see them again.
Contact to support is useless: they NEVER reply!!

When looking at other comments, it could be the transfer to a new owner and/or short staffed to fixed the issue (Christmas and New Year holidays).
Maybe there's a license issue with the API they're using to withdraw (since the original owner left and could have left a mess out there).

I don't know and absolute not sure if its a scam, but its very frustrating to many of us.
I will change my "stars" when i can withdraw again

Ho investito 50€ circa per vedere se funzionava. Dopo i primi due trasferimenti andati bene e a buon fine, dal terzo richiesto da uno “strano” errore che il network ha troppe richieste di prelievo e provare nuovamente dopo qualche ora… 4 giorni che da lo stesso messaggio. Classica truffa che ti illude di funzionare facendo funzionare i primi prelievi e poi non funziona più.

I invested about €50 to see if it worked. After the first two transfers went well and successfully, from the third one requested a "strange" error that the network has too many withdrawal requests and try again after a few hours ... 4 days that gives the same message. Classic scam that deceives you into thinking it works by making the first withdrawals work and then it doesn't work anymore

Hey guys wake up! This is Scam, you put money and them you cannot take it anymore! Thats why we for the high load error.
Assume the losses and move on.

As many reviews have said, everything worked fine at first but since boxing day it has been impossible to withdraw with a high network load error. Same for the people I know who used it.

Seeing reviews from new users saying they just joined and withdraws are working for them seems to be a clear indication that it is a scam.

I have e-mailed support about this several times with no response.

Will be happy to amend my review if withdraws become possible again but looks extremely unlikely.

No withdrawals possible since days and support isn't answering either. Do not deposit anything right now.
Hashfactor has still not responded to the message to their support address but removed the link to trustpilot from the header on their page. Very suspicious!
PS: I'm happy to update my review if it's just a temporary issue..

Its a ponzi guys, not that difficult to find out…
