“High network load “ for 3 days now… starting to lose hope, also writed an email to support but havent got any replies yet ( its been 2 full days since i wrote it ). It’s a shame because the first 2 withdrawals were successful and now it looks like they are showing everybody that Hash Factor is a big scam. fortunately i only had put 45€ in it so no big deal

Honestly hoped it wasn’t a scam but so far it’s been over 24 hours not only just for me but a lot more investors this suck and I hope this helps others to understand all the comments ain’t just bots I thought they were but after 2 weeks or so you really can’t make withdrawals there is more comments in November saying that same we all are but if anything changes I’ll change my review

I have two accounts, in both of them withdrawal isn't working and I get the message "high network load, try again in a few hours"
My friends has a newer account and he could withdraw but it is all just a matter of time before they block the withdrawals for an account

Thousands of investors are already affected by high network traffic nonsense when withdrawal, do not invest anymore $ into this scam website. Aso , look at their homepage at the bottom, it states only 1 to 3 withdrawals per hour and the normal are one withdrawal every minutes or so. Investors should report this company to prevent more victims suck into this scams
Karma are real guys, you will live with guilt for the rest of your life from scamming innocent investor

I haven't been able to withdraw money for two days, it says there are problems with: high network load, it seems like a scam to me and the best part is that you can't contact anyone

I have been using Hashfactor for about 2 months. Yesterday, 27.12.2024, I encountered a problem with withdrawal and a message about "network load".
There have never been similar difficulties before. If I get an answer to my questions, here or in response to my emails and you resolve the situation I'll change my review.
For now, no answer, no support from your team support.

I ask the company to refer to the above case, I see that Im not the only injured person.
Otherwise, the case will be handled by lawyers

Additionally, I would like to note that on your site you refer to the average star rating of Trystpilot as 4.75, when in reality your score is 4.1 at the time of writing ( 07:51AM, timezone, UTC+1.00, 28.12.2024)
You may have had a score of 4.75 stars in the past, but it should be written "4.75 stars, October 2024" or something.
Additionally, according to the data on Trustpilot, your number of reviews is 642, and not "over 1000" as you state on the website.

At present, this is deliberately misleading people.

Additionally, I see that someone below wrote that "negative reviews" are from bots, or people making "mistakes" during payouts. I purposely verified my account and confirmed my identity after that comment because I had the impression that there was an attempt to deliberately downplay the company's negligence.

Tried to withdraw some money, network load it kept saying. What's going on? How long is this going on? A few days already I noticed. The help desk is ignoring us? What's going on?

I have had a hashfactor account for 60 days out of 70 that they have been in operation, I invested about 800cad and over time I got 1850$cad out, I'm hoping that this is a genuine issue and not just a moderator that's blocking people's accounts, would be sad if a class action was held against hashfactor. I'm trying to stay positive but who knows these days. Really thought they were out hear helping people

Update 29/12/24- have heard nothing from support and have come to the fact that I and alot of my loved ones were screwed by hashfactor, I hope they get a class action against them.

It was fun as long as it lasted, now the service is offline. People, please remember that there is nothing like free money, so always be careful what you invest in, and only do it with money you can spare.

Honestly, the only people who don't believe in the end of the #factor are those who don't want to. Because there has never been a similar network congestion. It was good while it lasted, I thought it would last longer. Stop investing, the platform is no longer paying, and they will probably not shut it down so that it continues to capture the unsuspecting.

Like others recently, as of today I have been having problems with withdrawing from my account. I get the same High Network traffic or whatever response. Everything was working well up until today. Have been making withdrawals for over a week without issue till now...will update my review if things change in the future.

UPDATE: They just removed the Trustpilot rating on their website from what I can see. No doubt the beating it's taking is the reason why, they don't want people to know it's a scam

So far I have invested $130 slowly in multiple small investments and have received my returns. To verified it worked I pulled my earnings out and then turned around and invested right back in to check and make sure I was getting my funds both ways. So far everything works as intended.
Note to everyone all bad reviews are from other bots for other companies trying to get you to go to their platforms which I have found are nothing but contracts where you will make almost nothing if anything or people that do not understand there is a timeframe within you will get your investment back or those that are trying to withdrawal too little as well. Then you have. Those that say they are not getting funds credited when they send them but are 99%certain they are sending to the wrong address or trying to use the cheapest fee transfer which is XRP and using a wallet that requires a memo which Hashfactor does not support

Over all the site is top, I will update my review as I continue and if things change I will note them here.

Update 12/30. Went to withdrawl $30 worth of doge and keep getting high network load errors. I would say the company is a scam now. They pull you in and don’t give you what they claim

I hope they didn't do the worst, because it's a shame that such a great project they had was sent to hell like that. I hope I can raise the stars.

Guys I have been having problems with withdrawing cash from yesterday, they say it is HIGH NETWORK LOAD, does any even know what that means? I have contacted support but no response yet. I am still waiting to see if this matter get fixed
