I woke up too a blocked sewerage, rang Brad, he was on his way to another job but said he would be at my place within the hour. Yep, he turned up on time and in no time had located the problem and fixed it. Too top this off his charges were more than reasonable for the prompt service and repair. Highly recommended Brad 👌 👍 👏

bought two boilers from Hassle Free Boilers in 2016—one for my ground-floor flat and one for the first-floor flat. Ever since the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, it has been absolutely impossible to get them serviced. No one answers the phone, and no one responds to emails.
The issues go far beyond just poor maintenance:
Legal/Financial Negligence: When I remortgaged the first-floor flat 18 months ago, the lender required Hassle Free Boilers to remove their charge on the property. My solicitor successfully requested a redemption statement and paid them all outstanding money. To this day, they still have not removed the charge.
Vulnerable Person Left Without Heating: The boiler in my ground-floor flat has now broken down, leaving the property with no heating or hot water. My elderly mother lives there and is currently freezing, yet absolutely no one from Hassle Free Boilers has contacted me to resolve this.
This company is nothing but stress and awful service. Avoid them at all costs.

I have had my contract with hassle free for 10 years now, no real problems in fact they've been a great help in the past, having said that the annual service used to be them calling me when it was due, now I have to email for an appointment when I remember, Trudie was very quick to sort out an appointment for me so I still believe it was a good choice to go with them.

Been with Hassle free boiler for 12 years and never had a problem with the service, their service of the boiler system and any repairs carried out in maintenance. Great option I took when times were hard and this contract fitted my circumstances then. Now stable so when the boiler is on its way then I will replace outright.

Pauline was great helping me with the concerns I had regarding payments. She put it in laypersons terms so I could understand what had happened. She was really personable and easy to talk to. I would give them zero if I could. Only had 3 services in 10 years, had to ask repeatedly for the certificates. When we had a fault with the boiler we couldn't get hold of them. After 4 years they've contacted us asking for money!!! Total breach of contract from this company
