I highly recommend checking out HASSO. I recently rented a Peugeot E2008 from them for five days and was extremely impressed.

For just £95—a fantastic price compared to other companies—I got a car with only 6,600 km on it. Their entire fleet seems to be new and in excellent condition. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and quick, both when picking up and dropping off the car.

Getting There and Key Details:
Hasso offers a convenient shuttle service from the airport that runs every 20-30 minutes and is easy to locate.

Unlike some rental companies, they weren't overly picky about minor signs of wear and tear, and the return inspection was fast.

CDW Deposit: €1,100

Charging Cable Deposit: €100

Charging: You don't need to return the electric car fully charged.

Pro-Tip: I took photos and pointed out all existing scratches and dents before leaving the lot for peace of mind. Deposit was returned immediately on credit card post returning the car.

Go with confidence and avoid being overcharged!

I feel cheated as a tourist.
Very smooth transportation from the airport to the depot. The car was handed over to us smoothly there as well. We mentioned over the phone that we would return the car shortly after 7 AM instead of 8:30 AM. According to the receptionist, this was not a problem. The office was open from 7 AM. However, upon checking out, we were charged an additional fee of €50 because this supposedly fell outside of business hours. Yet, the contract states that the extra fee is applied between 11 PM and 7 AM.

Never never use this company; they are disorganized. Our car was not ready with the promised roof rack when we arrived. we had to wait for ages. They rip you off and are rude and unhelpful. We returned a car after a family holiday last summer with no problems. They said the petrol tank should be full. it was more than 3/4 but we didn't have time to fill it. hey said they would for a 5euro charge plus petrol. We agreed. They didn't raise any issue with the car at all, but when I landed they sent me a message saying they had taken 220euros from my card for "special cleaning" because my children had left 3 water bottles in the back! They had also charged 40 euros for the petrol, which should have been 15euros including (agreed) fees. There was no dirt in the car (the usual bit of sand) but nothing more than might reasonably be expected with children going to the beach. They had clearly passed on covid cleaning costs to us, which was not in the contract or agreed. When I called up they were rude and unhelpful. We have been using different car hire companies in Majorca for more than 20 years and this one is the worst by far.

I returned the car early and left the country, and the company did not agree to give me any refund.

If you go in Majorca I encourage you to rent a car from Hasso. Rent a car from here with all your heart. I have rented a Peugeot 208 for 7 days and I paid £140 which is a reasonable price comparing with other rental companies. The car had only 5000 km and as I looked in their garage they only have new cars in a very good condition. Staff were very friendly and ready to help with everything. Paperwork went smoothly and quickly. When I returned the car the staff took a quick look around to see if the car has any major dent or body problems,but they where not picky looking to charge me for any little sign of usage. Go with confidence. They have full tank policy so I took the car with the full tank and I returned it full. Avoid to be ripped off.
