SCAM!! Placed an order over a month ago and never received it. I have emailed them numerous times about my order status or refund and no one has responded. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!

3/20/25, I ordered two cardigan sweaters...they did an immediate debit and sent me an email saying: I would receive another email, when my order shipped and to order another item, because their bestsellers were going fast. Fast forward to: I sent another email asking if I could amend, the size, since I hadn't received a shipping confirmation email...I got no response. Now that it's been a month & no responses, I just submitted a dispute, with the card I utilized. To top it all off; suddenly the store is unavailable. Obviously, this is a SCAM site (I just wish I had read reviews prior to ordering).

Just The same as everyone else never shipped never answered emails had to report to my credit card to reverse charges so disappointing this company is still in business

Never received order, customer service doesnt respond to my emails. Have emailed them through their website and through my personal email,..nothing,..nada, no response. Took my money and delivered NOTHING

I ordered a coat from this website and never received it. I emailed them 4 times about this. No one ever got back to me. There is no phone number to call to speak with a live person. This website is a SCAM!

Don't waste your time or money. First of all, I ordered a Christmas Tree "Sweater" (Item Carol-Festive Sweater) for $53.00. When it arrived, I was so completely blindsided: here in the U.S.A. a sweater is a cotton, acrylic, wool, or other material "knitted garment typically with long sleeves, worn over the upper body." THIS "SWEATER" I RECEIVED IS A POLYESTER SHIRT. Gross, thin fabric. The Christmas trees aren't knitted in, of course. The Christmas trees are just printed into the polyester fabric. For $53.00 ! ! Just an incredibly egregious and deceptive form of online retailing. I also received the "Riviera 3 piece set" for $89.99 which I didn't even bother to take out of the cellophane due to the complete and utter disappointment of the "sweater." HERE'S THE KICKER: When I went onto the teffler.com website, you're instructed to click on a link to submit your reason for return, and supposedly receive an address from teffler, as to where you mail back your returns. That link, when I clicked on it, took me to an email address that had baelounge in the address (Trust Pilot doesn't allow actual email addresses in reviews, so I have to describe it that way) and I typed out my return request. When I hit 'send,' the email bounced back with an error message: "Your message wasn't delivered to (the email containing baelounge) because the domain couldn't be found." WHAT A RACKET SCHEME! Over the next week, at two-day intervals, I sent three different emails, directly to teffler.com's support email address requesting the return address where I mail back my returns. I received no error message, but also received NO RESPONSE. So then I tried going on the website teffler.com and clicking on the CONTACT US tab and submitting an email requesting the address for returns that way. I waited a week, and still no response. (In all my emails, I was sure to include my names and address, the ORDER#, and very thorough descriptions and explanations.) HOW ARE THESE TYPE OF ONLINE RETAILERS ALLOWED TO BE IN BUSINESS, IF THEY DISPLAY PROTOCOL PROCEDURES ON THEIR SITES, AND THEN DO NOT HONOR THEM? I have given up, and learned a hard lesson to NEVER order online from sites I haven't ordered from previously. These wretched clothes from teffler.com are going to the Good Will Shop. I'm out $142.99 and spent precious time and energy, just to be disappointed, frustrated, and angered over and over.

This is an online clothing website. I purchased an item from them, but when I received nothing for an extended period, I researched them online. I did not find them on Trustpilot, but did on other sites and they were given a "Bad" rating. I emailed them at their provided customer service email to request cancellation of my order and told them why. No response. A few weeks went by, and then I received a notification that my order had been processed and sent! I immediately emailed again, stating that I had cancelled the order. No response. I knew that this was a website that posts great photos but then sends you Chinese-made knock-offs that have very little quality. I notified my bank, they investigated and issued a refund. Don't bother going through the same hassle I did. Oh, and by the way, the 'item' did ultimately arrive, with a Chinese address, and sure enough, it had no label in it. It is a 'copy' of an original item. A knock-off.
