We are very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your order.

We are a Swedish company with production based in Sweden. We also have production in other factories that are owned by us. It is not correct that we market our products ”handmade in Sweden”. We do however market our products as “Swedish design” since all our curtains are designed and made within our Swedish company. Our made-to-measure curtains are 100% handmade and for this reason, the price is higher than standard size products and the delivery time is also longer, approximately 3 weeks.

We are aware that you’ve experienced some problems with your delivery, and through your mail correspondence with our customer service agent, I can see that she has done her best to help you with this issue. Unfortunately we are not able to affect our courier partners and the problems that may occur. We can only try and solve this the best we can from our end. Your delivery has also been delayed due to the fact that you as a customer refused the package, meaning it was sent back to us.

If you are unhappy with the quality of your curtains, you are more than welcome to contact us about this and describe this in more detail and we will look into it and help you further.

Your statement about our company being a scam is very misleading. Our customer service is always our number one priority and we pride ourselves on a very high rate of happy and returning customers. We are a company with over 40 years of experience in the curtain- and blind business with a successful corporate office in Sweden as well as other countries in Europe.

We are sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied with your curtains! This particular curtain, Good night, has an extra blackout layer for 100% blackout. As a result, the fabric does not drape as easily as other curtains, which might add to your experience that it creases easily when you move them.

To avoid touching the curtains as much, we recommend that you use a wand instead to pull the curtains aside. The wand attaches to a glider on the rail, which means you use the wand to move the curtains instead of pulling the actual curtains.

We are really sorry to hear that you are not pleased with your product! I can see that you have been in contact with my colleague about the return and we will contact you as soon as we have received and handled your claim.

It is very important for us to deliver products with high quality and we continuously work with quality controls. Sometimes, errors occur in this anyway unfortunately and we can only apologize that this happened with your order.

It is correct that some of our products are made in china, but this is where our own production is located and we continuously work alongside with our colleagues there to ensure good quality products.
