I have just had aluminium bifold doors installed by Hatches Limited and are extremely pleased with the finished result. From sales to install my expectations have been surpassed and would recommend without hesitation.

In 2023 we have undergone an extension and complete redesign of our home. At the last minute before commencing building work we were recommended to speak to Hatches Ltd a local Window and Door company who specialise in Timber but we heard were also now working with British Made Aluminium Windows and doors which is what we wanted. We have never looked back, the service we received from all the team at Hatches has been incredible. Hatches totally guided us making lots of recommendations to what we were having done. Right from colours through to window types and opening features, Now everything is installed the recommended changes really make sense and we are so pleased to have worked with this professional experienced company.
All windows were received ahead of scheduled delivery dates and installed to the very highest standard with excellent window installers. The most professional feel right along the process and cant recommend this company enough. Thanks Hatches, we are so pleased to have used you and your products. 5* 100%.

Hatches replaced our windows, a bay window and front door. Really good quality product and really good advice, genuine passion for the product and pride in the outcome. The installation was good and hassle free. The house looks fantastic. No complaints and would definitely recommend.

Hatches supplied and installed 8 replacement windows and 2 french doors. Quality product and expert installers who made the process as stress free as possible. We are dleighted with the final outcome and would definitely recommend.

Outrageous this man has started a business having taken other such companies bust recently - a quick check of Companies House shows he has started this company in the name of his daughter. He took £1k deposit from us (50% of the job - and therefore invalid under the small print in the insurance policy) last Jan while the owner of Fyntons and folded soon after. I would urge not only that he be avoided but that trade bodies be alerted to his being back in business. The liquidators of Fyntons listed around £600k to creditors that he owed.
Avoid at all costs.

Recently used this company to install a bay window , and was extremely impressed. From the initial appointment to quote , the installation and finished result I found them to be a very professional company and would definitely recommend.

I have had a new conservatory installed on a remodelled half height wall with an alteration of the door position done by my builder, the fit is mm perfect and the finish superb, on time, within budget and a pleasure to sit in, where in the past it was a cold room, the thermal qualities now allow me to keep the room open and as part of the house, very pleased with the outcome.

Hatches made a fantastic job of our new bifold doors, great trustworthy workmen and customer service was five star. I would highly recommend.

This company is run by the same people who owned Fyntons who fitted our windows. The product was good and the fitters excellent but unfortunately back in February, when we needed to replace glass in a huge full height window they took a large sum of money from us knowing full well that the company was going bust. We felt very let down given that we thought we could trust them. This was pre covid and so no excuse for treating us in such a way. A bit of honestly would have saved us a lot of money. I wouldn't trust them.

The same director which liquidated his Fyntons windows has now opened up another similar business with his wife and daughter as company directors. I had my windows put in this year by Fyntons Cambridgeshire am now left with issues and no guarantee. From what I have read loads of other left in the lurch by The previous owner. You have been warned, you may or may not have a guarantee worth the paper written on.
This team have done the same in the past and will do the same again despite the company name. Fynton's owner listed as Sales Manager in Linkedin to this new business. Clearly plenty of links. Strange they opened up shop the same Month Fyntons was Liquidated.
