To avoid disappointment, avoid.

'rage room'
£80 to smash up a printer, 4 glass bottles, a candle holder and a couple of single records.
Take in mind that these items are scrap, unwanted and would otherwise end up at the tip. My mum has donated many items to them in the past.

Underwhelming is a understatement.

At management level, a complete disregard for the experience of the customer, but much regard for their profit margin.

They do give the option to purchase more items, but the prices are extortionate. The printer cost around £35 to smash up. Shocking.

The experience lasted one minute. Absolutely dreadful and left there feeling like we've been 'had', which we had by the way.

We visited for a 50th birthday…

** DERBY** We visited for a 50th birthday celebration and had an absolutely brilliant time. From start to finish it was great fun and such a different way to celebrate.

The staff were fantastic — really friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and safe, while still keeping it relaxed and fun. There was plenty of laughter all night, and the atmosphere was spot on.

Even though I didn’t win, it didn’t matter at all — it was such a fun experience, and something we were all talking about long after we left. I’d highly recommend axe throwing for anyone looking to do something a bit different for a birthday or group celebration.

Rage room was dreadful in Newcastle

Rage room was dreadful in Newcastle. Advertised a large room with lots of items to smash for 45 minutes. Got there and it’s a small room with five small items to smash.
Refuses a refund and won’t reply to emails as there is no telephone number.
Avoid at all costs

Tried to get a refund for a voucher…

Tried to get a refund for a voucher bought for Brighton which is now closed.

The business has since blocked me so it seems clear their intent is not to refund. It seems Hatch Harry's and one of the owners Richard Bridge completely lack any morals and is happy to keep money for a voucher bought for an autistic person when the venue has since closed.
