Received an oversized large Kangol hat that doesn't fit after paying for shipping and then waiting a week. Was then told that I could pay shipping two more times (for a convenient and easy total of $30) to exchange a $40 hat for the right fit. $50 down the drain but not throwing another $20 at it to see what happens in another couple of weeks. Big waste of consumer time and money.
