This company is a scam,🤬 I ordered 2 hats for $65 after promotion coupon. They're not the correct size, they're smashed and poorly made. I contacted hat fashion through email. I didn't get a response for a 4 days. Finally after sending a few emails asking for a refund, I got a response saying I need to keep the hats and they'll refund me $5. After I didn't agree and ask for a full refund, I get a email 4 days later saying, the person is on vacation and I needed to be patiented and they're only going to refund me $15 and not to return the hats back to the company. After going back and forth with the company for days, I realized I'm not getting anywhere. So if you're looking to buy quality hats and products, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!

For me in another country it was so easy to shop and order. Price was great. I'll wait for the product's to arrive to comment on quality.

VERY BAD experience... Ordered 2 hats...one at $43, the other at $70 (rounding off). They were TWO distinct hats per their website. They sent 2 of the cheaper hat...when I emailed as to (a) returning the second unwanted hat & (b) inquiring as to the status of the more expensive hat...they said they'd refund $10 as that was easier than me shipping the hat back...due to foreign rates, customs, etc. They REALLY pushed for me to take the refund. 3 separate emails, I inquired as to the "mistake" in that I ordered a 2nd more expensive hat...so where was it? I FINALLY got a straight response stating (quote)..."due to the limited ability of our workers to make the product exactly like the picture, we are sorry for this, here to compensate you $20". SO...they're selling stuff they admit they do not HAVE and cannot MAKE. They gave me a $20 refund for a hat I DID NOT order...and REFUSE to provide or further refund for the $70 hat. Just a fraud and a rip off...and...since I accepted the $20...that KILLS me as far as any resolution to PayPal to recover . The website says these are handmade in Ecuador...they come from an address in CA. The place you "pay" is "Digital Technologies" (nothing to do with "hats")...and you're emailing "Service" in the Far East. A TOTAL scam...NOTHING about these people is "real".

Ordered a straw hat for £30, arrived fairly quickly, but completely wrong size and colour. They dissuade you from re-centring it on postal grounds of cost and likely being lost and offer a minimal refund instead if you agree to keep the hat. I suggest you do not buy from this site, as there are loads of reviews like mine.

I like your hat's, but I found not many choices for a 3X-Large solection.

A true scam, the hats are of terrible quality, they do not correspond to the size offered, again everything is a scam, nothing is similar to what they offer in the photographs. don't buy anything!!!

Do not stand behind their products. Ordered two hats of the same size; one was smaller than the other and did not fit. Refused to correct their error. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. RECOMMENDATION - do NOT buy from them. Period.

This is my 2nd Panama hat. My husband loved his so I bought one for myself! Great quality and great service

They offered the right discount for a first time customer and then after the sales they offered another discount

The hat arrived earlier than I expected!
Looks great and well made
A slightly tighter fit than measured, however it’s hand made so perhaps I should expect that.
Now I need to pack it for my holiday and I’m not confident that it will be ‘foldable’ as described- we’ll see!

The site format was in a organized manner. Easy-to-use.

Worst customer service in my life. As others have stated, they want the returns shipped to China when the shipping address is from California. Two of the hats ran smaller than stated. I am still trying to negotiate more than $10 refund.
The quality of the hats are very good for the price but no one should ever order from this site because of their unethical business practices.
