No customer support or response for missing items.

My hattekar clippers broke whilst on holiday. I instantly ordered a new blade directly from Hatteker's UK site. As a middle aged man with a bad hairline I have to shave my head twice a week so I was disappointed that the lead time was 5 to 15 days, but figured I could wait that long if need be. I assume the parts are coming from China as the carrier is listed as Yanwen. Long story short it's now been 21 days and no delivery. The tracking is stalled at "info recieved". Hatteker chased me for a review after 14 days, but have yet to respond to 4 emails I've sent since then asking for an update or refund. Near identical items are available on ebay (also from China) for about a quarter of the price. I recommend purchasing them instead. I paid a premium as I ordered directly from a company with a .co.uk website and have basically been ripped off. At least with ebay you'd have buyer protection from paypal and could get a refund. Waste of time ordering from these guys. Avoid.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ITEMS FROM HATTEKER!!

If I could rate this company zero i would. I ordered a replacement charger for my shaver almost 3 weeks ago. They claim it is with the courier. No tracking information provided. They refuse to communicate any further with me. I will make sure everyone is aware of how bad this company is.

Thoroughly misleading: company located in & sending from China, not UK; better order locally

The company does not, despite the name, the website or the information on the website implies, reside in the UK and sends their products from there, but instead straight from China. This also influences the shipping times which were estimated with 2-16 days on order (and while the 14 days it took for mine to arrive are still in the timeframe it was just barely) whereas the 2 days seem rather utopian.
The Tracking via Yanwen was my first indication that the company does not ship from the UK, was altogether rather unclear and ended somewhat dissatisfying with an email at 16:00 about the package now being out for delivery (which apparently was the case since about 9:00) and the simultaneous one about the successful delivery (placed on the doorstep).
The whole experience was rounded off by the fact that instead of the ordered product variant with less accessories I got the same variant I could've just ordered at the local online marketplaces.
So all in all the company's presentation is altogether misleading and I'd recommend ordering through a local marketplace which will probably result in a faster, cheaper and more environmentally friendly experience.

Concerning shipping, the estimated delivery window of 2–16 days reflects the different fulfillment routes depending on stock availability and configuration. Your parcel arrived within the stated timeframe, though we understand that the tracking updates from Yanwen may not have been as clear or reassuring as expected. Awful customer service

I ordered a replacement part for my clippers; not only did it take nearly three weeks to arrive, but they sent the wrong item. Several weeks later, and multiple emails to their support department and still nothing.

Again they never sent the shaver I sent…

Again they never sent the shaver I sent numerous emails, been 7 weeks now no shaver! Order number was already on the previous reviews. Hatteker you need to refund or send the shaver this will keep going on and on. You don't even have a customer service number and ignored all emails through the contact form I sent it times tonight just in case you miss it again. Worst company I have ever had the displeasure to be involved with.

Product received, excellent customer service

Product received, but took a while.
This is an edited review as I initially give one star as “yodel” (the courier) had stated my product had been delivered, however I could not find it.
After complaining to Hatteker, whose customer service (Yohann) was excellent, they traced where Yodel had left it (inside the locked Electricity box, outside). If only Yodel had left a note saying where it was! 🤦🏼‍♂️
The product still took circa 10 days to arrive, however, it’s been received and it’s good quality. Special thanks to Yohann (at Hatteker) for the help and service. 👍🏻

Wish I'd checked trustpilot before I bought this. Was looking on Amazon and wanted a change from the usual (reliable) Philips model. For 2 weeks I was happy with it then it refused to charge. Useless.Had to go to the inconvenience of returning item and looking for a replacement. One thing is for certain, won't be this conoang
