We placed an order April 16th thru the…

We placed an order April 16th thru the Haufson website - should have been with us 3 days later. Now May 3rd and no delivery!! The phone numbers are useless, no answers on them. Tried the chat and get automated reply telling us to check order. Appalling service and frankly feel robbed of money. Only way forward is to contact barclaycard and get our money back. Be very wary of ordering from them. Shame as it’s a great product. Customer service non-existent !

Terrible customer service

I ordered the asteroid pan set and an extra saucepan on 6th July, the shipping time was supposed to be 2-3 days but I still had not received any dispatch notification by 11th July, so I emailed to enquire after my order. I received a reply on 14th July:

We are sorry to hear that your order is yet to be delivered. I will investigate with our carrier promptly. I am aware some shipments are being returned. If yours is also affected, I will send a replacement immediately.

We apologise for any inconvenience.

I had to email twice more before being assured in an email on 19/07 that my order would arrive by 21/07. The pan set arrived on 22/07, without the additional pan. I have emailed twice and left a voicemail since then to ask for the missing pan to be refunded but have had no response.
