Haul is just hopeless.

Just an update to my previous report.
As expected I did not receive my order.

Amazon customer services lied to me (which I hate’ and the ominous tracking was ‘has been delayed’, expected delivery 22nd December 2025 (BUT IF YOU HAVENT RECEIVED BY 22nd DECEMBER, YOU CAN RECEIVE A REFUND )
It’s the last bit in capitals which made me realise that I wasn’t ever going to receive my order.
I don’t like being lied to and if they had owned up that they were not going to fulfill my order, I could have got the gifts (stocking fillers) elsewhere.

Haul let me down but the worst bit is customer services lied to me.
