Super easy ordering process online. The skip was delivered and collected on time with no fuss. The collection driver took great care to protect our driveway on collection and even took away the old timber that I had placed under the skip.

Can't fault the service! Skip delivered on time and removed when requested. Staff and drivers very friendly & helpful. So thank you!

The customer service and skip drivers were both great. However, be careful when using this company for your skip hire.
Were had one of the larger skips and were originally charged £294.
The skip had some soil, a small amount of hardcore but predominantly filled with general waste items, old wooden fence, UPVC off-cuts etc.
When the skip was taken away we were charged £550.56!! Apparently you cannot put hardcore in the skips and any weight above 1 tonne attracts an automatic addition charge of over 50% of the original cost.
This information is not provided on the website (as far as I can see) and was not communicated when we requested the skip. Obviously a bit of a shock that we were charged for putting hardcore in a skip!!

Both drivers, especially Scott did an outstanding job, in a very tight close they dropped off the skip into an even tighter space, with telephone wires all over the place, plus a brick wall to go over. Scott deserves a pay rise for the skill he had picking up the skip and not damaging anything or break! Class act.
Would certainly recommend Haulaway, never had a bad experience with them.

We’ve had two skips in the past month and both drivers and delivery was first class. From initial booking the staff have been helpful and knowledgeable about the operation. Thanks to all involved. Can’t fault them, thoroughly recommend them.
