Absolute sham

Absolute sham. Ordered a bean bag, they don't tell you when they will send it out and it's now been 3 weeks with zero updates. I managed to get a hold of them via phone after ~1 week and they said it usually takes 10 working days to send orders out (so 2 weeks for something that is not bespoke), have since been unable to reach anyone by phone. I'd be happy with a refund at this point but need to reach someone to arrange that! Ridiculous service, should have checked reviews before ordering.

Poor service, I am waiting for my office table for 4 months!!!! 4months, this is crazy, to make a call to this company you need wait in que , if you will do a 10 calls will be good if somebody answer, after when you get answer, they dont say you any information about your order, only apologize blablabla... They want give me refund, but i sayed them that after that im waiting the table for 4 months, i need table not refund!!!!!

Awful

Awful. Been 5 months since i placed order that had an 8 week lead time. sent over 100 emails (wish i was joking), over 100 calls to the front desk who are useless, over 10 long phone conversations with the parrot manager Sam who has absolutely no idea what hes doing and lies through his teeth about contacting you back and still no delivery date (2 months late already), update on my order or delivery . £800 order down the drain. Claiming with my bank, awful awful business. Id be so embarrassed if my businesses trust piolet page looked like this. Such a shame given the high end vendors they carry.

THIS IS A SCAM
No delivery and payment details on email. No communication via email at all. Customer service is full of lies that make no sense. After 6months I've had to raise a fraud claim with my bank.

DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE WE MADE .........This company should get ZERO stars. We placed an order in November - goods have never been delivered neither has a refund. Some staff I've spoken to seem nice but can only take messages - advised Rahul runs the business and is the only one who can update us and yet he is never available. Only one email address and two telephone numbers that ring for ages and are rarely answered. Find a reputable company to buy your goods from.

Thank you for supplying my stunning cabinet, more than satisfied with my experience with this company and cannot fault my experience despite many others complaining, I can only imagine as my discussion with the sales team not many people really go out of there way and take the time and leave any positive feedback.

I promised the team I would as it said 6 weeks received in 3.5 weeks and delivery service was fantastic, my reason for leaving 4 stars and not 5 is simply due to my difficulty placing my order online and I was frustrated with the payment page crashing on me, I’m not the best with computers but at the time it was very hard to use so I called the team up and it was all fixed in the end , probably harsh to only give 4/5 but I feel the service and delivery was exceptional and I promised I would give an honest opinion so here I am.

I would certainly come back again and I can 100% validate this is a legitimate company. Faultless in my experience.

Didn't want to even give Hausdirect a 1 star, its only cos I had to!!! All please never buy anything from this company / website. You pay your money, but try to contact them you get no reply or response regarding your order. When you do someone will reply within a certain time, they never do??
I've had enough now, Barclays Bank PLC will be contacted tomorrow to claim a full refund.

I suspect this is a scam website

I suspect this is a scam website. The registered office and VAT number states on website do not correspond. No customer service no nothing. I will contact bank to get my money back. Unbelievable that Google continues to allow them to advertise.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Same as others, if I could give zero or negative stars I would. My complaint with this company is still ongoing. I originally placed my order on 1 October 2021 and am yet to receive my item. I can't think of enough negative feedback that will cover this. Without doubt the WORST customer service and buying experience I have ever had. I have sent over 100 emails and am over 150 calls in. The stress and frustration caused by this company is off the charts. As no one EVER contacts me I am unable to either progress the item or a refund. This is absolutely shocking. I am trying to contact an ombudsman or similar to help with this. The fact that they have removed the ability to tweet about them on their own twitter page speaks volume.

If you value your mental health and sanity and you don't have an hour spare every day to use for calls and emails (that are never returned), then please STAY AWAY from this company.

Appalling customer service

Waited ages for the product after numerous emails and phone calls, product now faulty, not answering emails or phone calls, I will be asking for a chargeback from my Credit Card company. Please do not use this company. Appalling customer service.

I have had to give one star as there is…

I have had to give one star as there is no option for zero.
Waited since Feb 11 for two lamps, no response to calls or emails so eventually went to my credit card provider who have recalled the payment and refunded me. I suggest anyone still waiting for goods from HD that don't appear do the same.

I am so appalled at this company. They have taken my money and not sent me what I ordered! £560!!! There is no customer service, they do not answer calls or emails. What a total scam. Disgraceful!

Hausdirect fraudsters

I have spent £1549 on home office items and had no communication on delivery or receipt of the goods. As a result I have asked for a refund and had no reply from that either. I have contacted my credit card and asked them to make a claim on the transactions. Hopefully Hausdirect do the right thing and credit the funds back before they are recovered. It is impossible to speak to someone even though the lines are meant to be open, you just get put thorough to an answer machine. If there was an option for 5 minus stars I would give that, unfortunately the lowest is 1. Cancellation made by email 19 March 2022 now 23 May 2022.
Follow up. Eventually in June I got the money back from the credit card company by submiiting a claim of payment made for goods not recieved. If you have paid by credit card do the same or better still read the reviews first.
