Dear Rishi,
After checking all our records: you have never been a direct customer of HausenCare. We have not received a single penny from you, and no contract exists between you and our company. We were instructed to attend your property by your head landlord, who lives above you, after you reported a leak into your flat.
The damage in your property was not caused in the way you have described. Your bathroom has a long-standing lack of ventilation, and we asked you multiple times, over more than four months, to fix the extractor fan — a minor repair — so the decoration would hold. You refused every time.
Instead, you asked us to write a false report attributing the damage to the leak, so that a full redecoration of your flat would be charged to your head landlord — for damage that was not his fault. We refused completely. HausenCare does not produce false reports for anyone, at any price.
