Absolutely shocking company to deal with. Stay well clear.

No order arrived. No contact when emailing them. Fortunately no money taken either. Just an email to confirm the order and would tell me when dispatched was all I got.

Order not received and not responding to messages but payment taken!

Cancelled and Refunded order with no notice or email confirming this. Only found out because of an app I have that tracks purchases and orders.
Poor Service and Communication.

No notice of order dispatched, when contacted received full refund but no explanation.

Didn’t receive my order. Emailed to ask where it was and just got told they were refunding me. No explanation or apology!

I am still waiting for my order and have had no replies to any of my emails and you have taking the money really unhappy with this service and will not be using it again 😡

I am giving a bad review because having ordered something online, & had it confirmed & the money debited from my account, some days later I received an email cancelling the order & telling me I would be refunded. There was no explanation or apology given for this, & this close to Christmas it left me less time to order something else elsewhere. If it wasn't in stock, I don't understand why the order was accepted in the first place. This is my first time using Haus of Drinks, & needless to say I was left unimpressed by their service.

Said product was in stock. It then wasn’t. Nowt worse as you think you’ve got what your after so obvs stop looking! :( pity

The item wasn’t recieved and I have 4 days now to find another present. I am so disappointed in your service and would like a refund .

Disappointing to have placed an order for an item. The money was refunded to me with no explanation of why or if the item was not going to be delivered.

After checking the website again, the item had become out of stock after being listed as in stock when I had ordered.

Frustrating experience, website just needs to be updated to reflect actual stock and also communicate when an item is being refunded and for what reason.

Not great to be honest I purchased an item and 3 days afterwards was refunded as they must of had the item anymore but had no message or anything to confirm this

Impressed with the service, easy to order on line, items were well packaged
and arrived fairly quickly would definitely order from them again.

I have written to the company and have still not received my order, it has been two weeks, I wrote to the company both via email and have not received my goods. The company does not have a telephone number to reach the company and email is never received or replied back.

I would not even give one star but zeor star, very poor customer service. I have disputed the costs of my goods back with the credit card company.

Even after writing this review, I am in doubt will this company even bloody own up to and call or even reply my emails.

I don't think this is a legitmate company, you need to be licensed and be weary when buying from Hausofdrinks!

This is the only place I could find the gin my daughter loves.

Really great service free shipping over £100, cheapest I could find the wine. You just have to be patient if you don’t pay extra for quick shipping.
