Six Emails. Zero Replies. No Product. Avoid.
I ordered from haus.wien on 20 May. The product never arrived. I sent five follow-up emails asking for an update or a refund. Not a single one was answered.
To this day, the only status visible on their website is “product being prepared” — over three weeks after purchase. No dispatch. No tracking. No estimated delivery. Nothing.
I’ve been left with no choice but to raise a formal chargeback dispute through my bank.
I cannot confirm whether this business is legitimate, as in my experience: the product did not arrive, no communication was ever provided, and no refund was offered despite repeated requests. Draw your own conclusions.
