Ordered an item on Nov 6th, received an order confirmation (automatic email) from the Shopify store. Never received another email or confirmation, it's not Dec 6th. Stay FAR AWAY from this website. Contacted my bank for a refund, as the store is obviously a scam. There needs to be some sort of system for these Shopify scam stores, there's just about a billion of them and there's zero regulations - any old scammer can start up a "fake website".

I purchased solar pup for 98 . Got several updates of shipment n then showed chance of shipment . I have emailed havanex many times fir a refund .NO REPLY

Everything was okay with my purchase, I will buy more things in the future

I ordered two of the Golden Retriever outdoor statues. I did finally receive my order, but these statues are only 12" tall. Not worth the money AT ALL! I've been trying to reach them to return them for a refund (per their return policy) and they will NOT respond. Total RIPOFF!

Absolute con. They have had my money since beginning of July and delivered NOTHING!!!! They reply to absolutely nothing...they are a complete scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Ordered something six weeks ago... they took my money and it still hasn't dispatched. They haven't replied to my many emails. Cowboy website. AVOID.

I ordered two items, and they received my money, and confirmed they had received it. That was on the 14th July 2023, and it is now the 7th September 2023,and still nothing. I have tried to contact them several different ways, and on several different dates in July, August, and now September, and nothing, no reply.
I have even asked for a full refund, and nothing. Very, very disappointed, as they were special gifts for my wife.

Like others, I placed an order with Havanex (metal dog sculpture) that has not been received. It's been over a month, they only have an email contact, no phone, and never respond to emails. Website is definitely not legit. (in their FAQ, you can check your order status by clicking the "tack order" link. Should've known.)

Don't order from these. I bought an item on the 8th August. Never received it. They never replied to any of my emails and their phone number does not exist. Claimed my money back.

BUYER BEWARE- I ordered their "Mother & Child Schnauzers" almost a month ago (July 22, 2023) and haven't heard anything from them beside that they received my order. I even emailed them to follow up with my order #1454 and still haven't heard from them. UPDATE- Two weeks have gone by, and HAVANEX still will Not respond to any of my emails
