I ordered handles on the 2nd January and they have still not been dispatched. I have emailed a follow up four times and also through the chat box and not received on response or acknowledgement. I paid 70 pounds for four handles which I am waiting on urgently and have now emailed asking for a refund. Very poor service. I question now whether I have been scammed.
Havaro Hardware's service was a very poor experience, and I would recommend finding a more established and trusted brand for your needs:
1) Tracking info showed the products (cabinet handles) were manufactured as wholesale in China and shipped to the UK at inflated price - this is not mentioned on their website or in-line with their branding. This also means they have a very long delivery time.
2) Delivery was ineffective and uses unreliable couriers - my shipment was sent to Cornwall/a completely wrong address, despite being ordered for Manchester! I do not trust Havaro Hardware to fulfil customer orders reliably.
3) While customer service issued a refund for this major error, the experience was tedious with no trust in the customer.
