Never received order. Got no response from "company". Had to go and find a costume for my daughter two days before Halloween. Disputing charge.

If I could give this a zero I would. I never received my order. I’ve sent numerous emails because that’s the only way you can get in touch and never received a single response back. That’s a lot of money down the drain. Originally, this costume was supposed to arrive by Oct 14. The status said waiting to be shipped for long after that date. Status now says nothing so no idea what happened to by order.

I never received the costumes, never received any notification about delivery, no shipping information. I tried to contact multiple times with your customer service, NO RESPONSE at all. I end it up ordering another costume from Amazon! That made me remember not to shop anything from unknown websites. Also disputed the purchase!

Scam site.. I never received my Daughter's costume and I haven't received my refund.

SCAM. Placed an order in early October and noticed that ny daughter’s costume never sent. Filed a claim with my bank, Wells Fargo, and got my money back. Terrible website and complete scam.

Same as everyone who has reviewed. This site is trash and a scam! I ordered a costume for my daughter on 10/12 and thought that’s plenty of time until Halloween. Then on 10/21, I saw there was still no movement so I emailed them and got no response at all! I tried multiple times. I never got a reply and never got a costume. Now when you go to their site, it doesn’t come up! I am going through my bank right now to dispute it. Sucks that I had to scramble for another costume last minute! Horrible horrible site !

Scam site! Same story as everyone else. Placed my order with them because I was promised to have the costume a few days before Halloween. Received the order confirmation stating they would email me when my order was ready. Tried to email them to inquire about my order after never receiving any updates. No response. No costume. Had to make other arrangements at the 11th hour. VERY disappointed!

Hope there is a department in police where they can arrest ppl like this. I order a costume and it never arrived. God will have his vengeance on all of the ppl involved in this scam. You use kids as a way to steal from ppl so pathetic.

Same problem as everyone else. So I left a review on the actual website and said if I didn’t get my item by end of day Oct 30th I would report the website to the BBB and now I can’t even access the website lol. SCAMM! I did email their bs “customer service” email stating I would like a full refund asap. Lol. Don’t waste your money!!!

I been waiting for my daughters costume and now the website is gone my order link doesn’t work this is insane now I have to find a costume for my daughter in the next hour I can’t believe they scammed us like this! Total scam!!!

I placed an order Oct 9 and to this day nothing, i sent emails and no response, I am so upset. I went based on the good reviews they had but it was all BS. Now that I tried going back to the website it won't let me, it's giving me an error message. Does anyone know how to get our money back?

Thieves! Website is gone, phone disconnected. Should have known better than to order off of social media.

Scam site. I am having the same problem as everyone else. I placed my order early October with the promise of the costume arriving days ago. There is no response when I email and when I checked back a few minutes ago the website was no longer operational. I noticed that they still have their store up on ebay. Be careful!

I ordered a costume for my daughter and it never arrived. I can't believe people would do that to children. I am beyond PISSED!

Got scammed!!!!! So sad people do this. Now we are the day before Halloween and my daughter does not have her costume.

I AM EXTREMELY UPSET I COULD CRY. I ORDERED WAS PROMISED IT WOULD BE BEFORE HALLOWEEN AND STILL NOTHING I HAVE SENT OUT THOUSANDS OF EMAILS TO GET NO RESPONSE. I BEVER ORDERED HERE BEFORE BUT THE WEBSITE LOOKED SO LEGIT SO I ORDERED WITHOUT CHECKING REVIEWS NOW IM GOING TO HAVE TO FIND ANOTHER WAY TO GET A QUICK COSTUME. IM EXTREMELY UPSET. AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!
