Customer service was exceptional. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size and they were able to update my order with the correct size.

Customer service is top notch, I had initially ordered a hi vis Hawaiian shirt for work but the design wasn't quite up to safety standards for our construction company. I reached out to VinCo and they truly went above and beyond to redesign the shirt with approved reflective striping. I'm thrilled with the improved design, not to mention the quality of the shirt itself. It's a very soft and flexible material and the extra length makes for a great work shirt. I would definitely recommend ordering your Hawaiian shirts from VinCo. It's rare to see a company put in so much effort to improve their products and stand by what they do

Quick delivery (came in 10 days), good price as I split with someone, might be pricey if you only pay, I would say because the quality is good, it’s worth it if you want something specific and can’t get it anywhere else. The item (bts V Hawaiian shirt) was super soft, great size, came out really well!

I loved the shirt featuring the face of my beloved cat Misha. It is just perfect. I highly recommend this company.

UPDATED: It took 1 month to resolve but I am happy to report that it is resolved now and they did send me a new swimsuit at the right fit.

BEWARE their size chart! Cheapy materials but ok for costume use, which is what i ordered for. Website states they are a US company based out of Chatworth but everything was shipped from China. The swimsuit sizing instructions are confusing...instructions say to lay a swimsuit flat to measure but the guide then goes on to tell you how to measure around your body. Anyway, the sizing of course ended up being way off. When I reached out to customer service they were initally helpful and said they would exchange but have been radio silent for 2 weeks now. Disappointing and won't make the mistake of ordering from them again.

Searching for a Kansas City Chiefs floral print Hawaiian shirt I found this shirt with solid reviews and took a shot.
I was not disappointed. They kept me posted on the status throughout the order process. It took a couple of weeks to make, ship and receive the order.
Well worth the wait. Great fabric, quality look and feel. I am now looking to expand my wardrobe with other options they have available!

Had a bit of a processing issue along with the trunks being received without a drawstring. However this company went above and beyond to make things right. So grateful for the prompt response and customer service!

I love my Stitch Board Shorts. The fit is perfect, and the material is so comfortable and lightweight. They will be perfect to wear on my Disney Dream Cruise.

ETA: The shirt did eventually arrive. However, it was poorly constructed and never should have been sent out. In this case, the biggest problem is that one section of fabric was a COMPLETELY different pattern. In addition, the buttons and stitching were not color matched. Past that, the construction is just not good - the seams are put together in the simplest fashion, such that they do not sit flat.

Avoid at all costs. They provided no information about my order, and when I asked, suddenly it didn't pass QA and they needed to remake it. So sorry, 2 more weeks. Then when they were supposed to ship it the second time, they have a problem with their shipper and it's going to be another 4 days. Maybe.

This company is a scam. Don't make my mistake - don't give them your money in the first place. There are plenty of reputable places to get Hawaiian shirts from.
