Hawkins Distillery is an independent, small-batch gin and vodka distillery based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. Founded in 2019, we make bold, full-flavoured spirits using real ingredients, traditional techniques and a slightly obsessive attention to what actually goes into the bottle. Everything we produce is genuinely made by us in Sheffield. We don't simply buy in finished spirits and stick our label on them. From developing recipes and preparing ingredients to distilling, compounding, bottling and labelling, the whole process happens at Hawkins Distillery. Our range includes handcrafted gin, vodka and seasonal spirits, with flavours ranging from classic and botanical to distinctly less sensible creations. Popular products include Bryn's Gin, 4 Ships Navy Strength Gin, Blood Orange Gin, Rhubarb & Rosemary Gin, Strawberry & Black Pepper Gin, Chuckleberry Vodka and our Sticky Situation Toffee Vodka. We believe great spirits should taste of the ingredients printed on the label. That's why we use whole fruits, herbs, spices and botanicals wherever possible, with no artificial flavours, colours or preservatives. Our rhubarb products, for example, are made using Yorkshire Forced Rhubarb sourced from E. Oldroyd & Sons in Wakefield. Hawkins Distillery has also received recognition for its spirits, including a Highly Commended award from The Gin Guide and Vodka of the Year from The Spirit Specialists. You'll find us throughout Yorkshire and beyond at markets, food festivals, shows and events, where customers can meet us, taste the range and discover how the spirits are made. Our bottles are also available to order online for delivery across the UK. We're proudly independent, proudly Sheffield and committed to making spirits properly.
