I havent used these guys!!
I havent used these guys!!!
however i have rented my flat to one of their letting agents and haved been short paid on my rent for a year!!
When i posted my first review the agent concerned was suspended by their employer so i was guilted to tke down the post, followed by a passive agressive email to myself by their employer.
Then to be fair their employer tried to mediate the situation, but now with a week to go till their agreed upon departure date all has gone quiet, leading me to think this was all a ruse to get me to not pursue the courts for a further couple of months!
So All I am saying is if yuour a landlord I would be cautuious of using letting agents that wont even pay their own rent ( £1700 pcm rent and in one year they are over £8k short|!)
let me repeat I have not used these guys and maybe they are great but i wanted to put a warning out there for landlords.
