I reached out to them last minute needing work done across three different rooms in my house, and they went above and beyond to accommodate me. Despite the short notice, they managed everything efficiently without compromising on quality. The standard of their work was excellent, with great attention to detail and a clear pride in what they do.

I highly recommend Hawthorne Electrics. Their team recently installed CCTV at my elderly mother’s home, and their professionalism was outstanding from start to finish.

They went above and beyond — moving bedroom furniture, lifting carpets to hide wiring neatly, and putting everything back exactly as it was. They also cleaned up all the debris from drilling, leaving the house spotless. They treated my mother’s home with great care and respect.

I wasn’t able to be there during the installation, but I felt completely confident trusting them to carry out the work while my mother was at home. That peace of mind meant a lot to me.

Most importantly, my mother is happy — and that makes me happy.

I needed a project completing in 4 weeks, life savers. They completed all the work in 3 weeks and coming in below our budget.

Restructure of the property, electrics- rewire, installation of smoke alarms, cctv, chimney removal, plaster and paint.

Absolute lifesavers. I have to say these guys came out and helped me open up my small business even on a weekend. They didn’t charge extortionate fees and changed my burnt out breaker on a Sunday when nobody else would turn up. I have since had a full rewire done by Zubair and his team and they did a great job. I can’t recommend this electrical contractor highly enough. From start to finish, the workers were brilliant, professional, friendly, and clearly very skilled at what they do. They’ve completed a wide range of work for us, including a full house rewire, repositioning sockets, switches and light fittings, installing underfloor heating thermostats with the main hub connected to the boiler, and fitting several electrical appliances. Every job was carried out to a very high standard.

It was a professional experience throughout. Got the whole house re-wired. Along with partition walls changed through out the house. Hawthorne Electrics delivered as promised. Consulted me throughout the process and I was able to make tweaks to my original plans as we had regular progress meetings for work carried out. We recently had a full house rewire completed, including installation of an outdoor EV charging point, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the result.

From the initial quote through to the final sign-off, everything was handled professionally and transparently. Communication was excellent — we always knew what was happening each day, and any questions we had were explained clearly in plain English.

A full rewire is a big, messy job, but the team were incredibly respectful of our home. They worked efficiently, kept disruption to a minimum, and tidied up at the end of every day. The finish is neat and high-quality, with great attention to detail.

The EV charger installation outside was done perfectly and works flawlessly. They took the time to walk us through how everything works and made sure we were comfortable using it before leaving.
